I can't say enough about Bouquet By Betty (BBB). I've been ordering flowers from them for about 5 years, from San Diego, for a dear friend in the Covington area. The staff are friendly and professional; very affordable and always deliver on time. The recipient of the flowers I send say the arrangements are the most beautiful; always looks forward to receiving them. Thank you, BBB, for putting a great smile on one's face and warming the heart.

They made a spray floral arrangement called Sentiments of Serenity Spray made for my brothers funeral. It was all foliage and no flowers and yet the company they received their orders from called The Sympathy Store, Store at hellokitty.com feels the spray was acceptable and they will not give me my money back, of $181.79. The Sympathy Store is praying on the grief of the Wheeler funeral Home customers. Shame on them….

I am very disappointed. Wanted to try a new florist for my friends funeral. I ordered and the receipt was received but the flowers never arrived. I, to say the least, am heartbroken. It was my last gift to him.

Ordered flowers for my mothers funeral. I have zero IQ on flowers. The team at Bouquet by Betty asked me a couple questions about my mom and they made some great selections. The flowers were beautiful. Delivered timely. Great experience on a very sad day. Thanks a lot!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Bouquets by Betty. The lady that answered the phone and took my order was very pleasant.My Peace Lily was delivered the next day with only a standard delivery charge. The family loved the plant and I will definitely do business with them again.
