“The bad reviews did not happen at my location. I have reached out to my AFM to correct the reviews. We do not have a gated lot and we cleave no control over UHAUL customer service. “Ummm, in a word AMAZING!!!! My truck stopped working and I was parked at a cabin in the mtns. of Gainesville. He came up into the mtns., up a steep dirt road and somehow got it started and it's been running ever since (fingers crossed). He was polite and super professional. I just can't say enough good things about my experience. If you're a woman and a little nervous about calling a tow truck, I wouldn't worry about calling this company.”
“Well I got my car stuck in a ditch driving at 5 am picking a friend up for work he was very professional and easy to talk to witch helped calm me in the stressful situation it did take a little time for him to get to me but worth it for as much as he helped me and his prices are fair compared to most tow places ill definitely call them first if I need help again !!!”
