“First, let me state, I’m a 61 year old overweight woman and at the time I visited the store, I was struggling a little to push a wheelchair containing my 81 year old mother with dementia into the store. There were 3 young associates working who didn’t speak as I went straight to the back of the store to find Women’s Brooks shoes. I had to take the shoe to them at the register and ask for my size. They were fine and very personable after that and I’m sure they wondered what an old geezer like me would be in that store for anyway. I just feel that the initial customer service welcome never occurred to them and someone should have at least asked what they could help me find.”
“On This Visit, Upon Entry, The Staff Acknowledged My Presence With a Greeting And Immediately Tried To Assist. This Was A Big Plus.. The Sore Was Also Very Clean. And There Was A Decent Selection Of Shoes. ?”
