Ingles really needs to step it up, ALT ID should be usable at the gas pumps like they are inside the store and pharmacy. Can't use points because I don't have a card anymore. Seriously.....

I usually don't have any issues at this store and they are very pleasant. But this morning they had a new cashier that was very rude. She left customers waiting in line to go outside and check on the pumps. Then she asked who was on pump #7 because they could not leave the pump running without paying first or at the pump. I told her it was my car and that I had already paid and I went inside the store just to buy a drink and a snack. She kept arguing and I lost my appetite. So I went outside, got my receipt and showed her that I had already paid for my gas. I was so mad and embarrassed. I guess from now on I just get my breakfast at the McDonalds across the street.
