Auto Phone system absolutely sucks. Can’t get any help when the store is open because the phone system won’t put you through

Can not speak to a Pharmacist. The automate phone system will not allow a customer to speak to a Pharmacist. This is terrible. If I could I would give CVS a zero rating.
