Is the girl that answer the phone still in the 6th grade..what's funny she will try and phone bully you quick if you call in...she is so unprofessional I really wish they would hire people with better customer service and at least a high school education. I will no longer use this pharmacy too much unprofessionalism from the window workers to they act just like the $7.50 they make...grow up

I called the day before and was told my meds would be ready that day. I couldn't pick them up until the next day. As I waited at the drive thru, I was asked 6 times by 4 different people who I was picking up meds for. After about an hour of waiting, I was told that I had to wait 5 days to get my meds. Wow

My last few visits with the pharmacy have been completely unacceptable!!! Waiting hours on hours for meds that have been call in either the day prior or hours prior. Then today I have a doctor call in strep and Flu meds for my daughter and of course I’m told they are out of one med..... understandable however, what’s not understandable is why her other meds aren’t ready???? Why weren’t her meds that what out of stock not transferred upon request??? All to be told later that Oh well you have to call to have it transferred after being told at the window they would do the transfer.... I’m over it and I’m moving on!!!! Smh

I use U-Save-It Pharmacy because of the prices as well as the kind and kind and curious service that you receive each and every time that you go into the store. I also love that they offer delivery service three days a week. Therefore if we are not going to town they will bring your medication to you and it will save you a trip to town. And the people that they have as delivery drivers are very personal and kind.

FAST, CONVIENENT AND MOST OF THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY BUT I LOVED IT MOST WHEN THE STORE WAS IN SMALL BUILDING BESIDE WHERE THERE LOCATED NOW. SHERRY IS MY FAVORITE OF ALL AFTER ALMOST 20 YEARS SHE STILL HAS HER WELCOMING SMILE AND PATIENTLY EXPLAINS ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS ON MEDICATIONS. I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS IF THEY COULD ALL BE AS FRIENDLY AS HER.
