This dealership has recently closed..now I can't get any warranty work done because an employee went into there computer and changed my platinum plan with allstate to a silver plan..and I've paid for the 1500 dollar platinum plan already
.I hope that somebody can read mebto an employee or anybody that has worked there and let me know what to do..I am very pissexwith these people rite now

Bought a 2023 Jeep compass in August my tag expires on Saturday they still haven’t filed the title with the state of Georgia what kinda dealership are you running title work should take no more then 7 to 14 days to process

My nephew got a car from here and they still haven't paid his other car off 2 months later so he has to keep making payments on a vehicle he no longer has and they have listed for sale on their lotand there customer service absolutely sucks stay away from this car lot... Still 3 months later and they have not paid off the other loan

A vehicle was purchased by my aunt who was visiting from Arizona. She traded in the vehicle she had and purchased a new 2024 Ram 1500. Her finance company paid the dealer for the new truck. Almost a month later and the trade in has not been paid off. She continues to make payments on the trade in and on the new vehicle. She has tried to get the problem resolved but the finance department will not speak to her. Her sales contract had a lot of blank spaces and specifically the date of the delivery of the new vehicle. This part was neither signed or dated by either party. She is headed back home to Arizona and this has yet to be resolved.

I know being a Salesperson is not easy at all but I want to give my hat off to Kierro Owens at the South Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Cordele, Georgia. She made the Process so much smooth and easy on both of our end. She was so nice and very helpful when it came down to me looking for a vehicle in my Budget range. I just want to say, Thank You Kierro Owens & You Are Amazing at what You Do !!!
Last But Not least, Thank you Anna Powell for being so patience with me along my vehicle journey and trying to get all of the Important Documents taken care of.

Worst experience ever by a service shop. They claim to have a Level 3 tech.. but you could have fooled me!! I have already contacted Mopar and let them know how my experience was and they are NOT happy! When a shop manager tells you he doesn’t know what is going on with a vehicle that is in his shop— that poses an issue. In addition, my car had 2 recalls that this dealership refused to repair! I would recommend taking your vehicle to Tifton to Griffin Chrysler Dodge Jee Ram!

Worst experience with a dealer shop. After having my wife’s car for a week the shop manager said he had no idea what was going on with her jeep. 2 recalls found but jeep came in for def issue they were more concerned with getting my money for the def issue than fixing safety recall issues. Chrysler has been notified and said that was not how a dealership mechanic shop is to conduct bussiness and that safety recalls are to be addressed first which may then repair the original issue. I recommend using a dealership that has a master tech.

Absolutely horrible service department!! Do not take your vehicle here. They have had my 2021 Jeep for 5 months doing warranty work. They miss diagnosed it several times causing nothing but more and more wait time. I’ve gone up 3 different times and they have no clue what they are doing!! After talking to the service manager again and again he is as lost as last years Easter egg!!! Now they are just replacing the entire engine! They’ve had the new engine for a month and can’t figure out how to put it in. Please don’t use people. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.

Bought a Malibu from them April 2021. I have had problems ever since. First problem was maybe a week later of buying the car, I had a weak battery. Second problem came was some bad spark plugs. Now I’m dealing with a third problem of the Check Engine light and sluggish performance overall by the car. They also have sold me a warranty on the car that doesn’t help out at all. I have reached out to them with questions and to see if they can lead me to the right directions but don’t. I had lots of questions bout different things but they failed to answer any of them like it was none of their problems.
