The customer service was awesome at Shell's Rapid Lube. Very helpful, they was able to help me with a long range of problems with my truck. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs an oil change. Keep up the great work ??

I went up there the other day for my oil change and this older gentleman did my oil change I think his name was Josh he was absolutely rude… and told me my car was a pos I will no longer come here

While driving our RV back home to Orlando from Birmingham 2 days prior to Christmas, my husband and I experienced engine issues which were oil related. We had to stop in the early hours of the morning. We took it to Shell Rapid Lube when they opened. Tyler helped us immediately even though they weren't equipped to handle RVs. He was able to provide us with his "diagnosis" and helped to fix the issue. He is an absolute angel. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Tyler!

Super nice guys here. Went for oil change. Josh told me oil looked just fine and would not recommend a change right now. We talked about it and decided when to come back. You guys are the best.

Oil change for a decent price. Drive thru service. Sit in your car, they take care of everything. I was in and out in about 30-35mins.

My husband brought my Toyota Yaris in on March 22, 2023 to get an oil change. The oil filter did not get replaced. How do I know this the oil filter that was on my vehicle when I brought it in is a Model 1. It was still there so I know the oil filter wasn’t changed. She’ll uses Purolator filters. I will not be back just to let you know $70 for a not completed jobService: Oil change

Charged me 115.00 and didn't change my oil or anything.......I am out of town at the moment it was about 2 months ago, I had a female bring it down there and I paid 115.00 we still have the receipt I have had the oil changed properly since then, but I don't have a problem coming there when I make my way back in town......

These people had myself and other customers sitting in hot cars while they were eating and talking in the office. Took my debit card to pay for my services and just stayed gone. I had to literally yell Hello before my card was brought back. Then I guess that upset the guy because he didn't even direct me out of the bay area. I will NEVER go back.
