After having a tire blow out that caused major damage to our travel trailer we were concerned about driving it 50 miles to a repair shop. We called Quality Auto and RV for a tow, Jason arrived within 15 minutes, evaluated the trailer and gave the thumbs up that it was ok to drive. He also provided a recommendation for a local repair shop and other travel trailer knowledge. If you ever have trouble with you car or RV while traveling through Cordele call them first. In addition, we tried paying Jason for his time and attention and he refused. We are Raving Fans!!!

I was traveling through Cordele, GA in April 2024 and had a severe oil leak coming from my motorhome engine. I stayed at the Loves RV Park. Called Quality Auto & RV first thing Monday morning. Jayson came out very quickly to see if he could diagnose my problem so he could refer me where I should go. They didn't have space at their shop. It turned out the part was simple enough to fix where I was parked and he came back, fixed it, did an oil change, along with looking over my entire rig and giving me a lot of information I didn't know. The bill was by far lower than I had expected, especially for the information and service on location. I'm very thankful and blessed by this business! Thank you!

I broke down on interstate and had vehicle towed here . They were very friendly and welcoming and they got my vehicle fixed quickly .

I previously posted a very negative review of this company because I was very tired and frustrated that no one answered their phone and I was unable to leave a call back number on their voice mail. I'D LIKE TO SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR MAKING THAT POST. It was unfair of me to take my frustration to such a public forum without addressing the matter with the company first. When I'm wrong, I'm big enough to admit I'm wrong. To be honest when I did reach them this morning they were nothing but kind and gracious and more than willing to help me. The young lady that answered the phone was the epitome of southern graciousness and the gentleman was kindness through and through. I will be seeing them on Thursday for an oil change where I intend to extend my apologies directly and hope they will forgive this old fool for being someone that I'm usually not. PLEASE don't take a page from my book and be unkind and thoughtless. There are always things happening in the background that shouldn't affect a review of a company that isn't fair.

I was stranded when my alternator went out on my Lexus on the highway when I was traveling alone between FL and GA. I was alone and stranded. I had it towed to another shop initially (would love to call them out but won't) and they screwed me over.
This time I had it towed to Jayson at Quality Auto. He worked on it that day/into the evening. He had his family member pick me up at my hotel and I was on my way. Alternator replaced and I asked for timing belt to be changed as well and I was on my way! Great, fast service and great follow up! I am thankful for them being so honest and caring about me and my situation. Highly recommend! Thank you Jayson and team at Quality Auto for getting me back on the road!

We were trying to get back home from our florida spring break trip and our RV’s alternator broke on us. They had us up and running in no time and I have never had such great and time effective service. Jayson is an absolutely amazing guy and is working in your best interest I can confirm. If we are back in the area anytime and have any sort of problem I know just who I am going to. I recommend this business 100%

I don't usually post reviews...but Jayson and Quality Auto deserve 10 stars! Long story short, we broke down 4 hours from home. Somehow, Jayson's shop was only 1 mile away. We towed the car here. He stopped everything he was doing and fixed our car and got us on the road in about 3 hours. Unbelievably knowledgeable, ridiculously patient, kind, and super awesome service with a great price. On the way out, he said, "One thing that's not required but requested...." and I figured he'd ask for a review. Instead, he finished with "text me when you arrive home so I know you're safe."

So I'm from Northern Indiana I was on my way home from Florida when my car broke down on the side of the road I limped it into Cordele around 10:00 at night the next morning looking for a shop I came across this one with so many 5 star ratings I called them up as soon as the shop opened and said they had an open Bay I limped my car to their shop and they got me right in the people behind the counter was super friendly and Jason instantly found what was wrong with my car ordered parts I had to wait around a little bit but they got it fixed as soon as possible I'm extremely impressed and grateful for the people at this business super friendly and great hospitality they even have a really cool cat I just want to say thanks again and I appreciate what are you guys did to get me back on the road to get a thousand miles home

This place is GREAT! I love the friendly staff and love that they are completely truthful about explaining any problems with your vehicle. Everyone has always been very helpful here.

Absolutely amazing. We are out of town and our alternator went out. Jason was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Even with us being out of town they were very fair priced even with a last minute urgent need. We were very fortunate to break down at this exit and fall upon this place.
