If they are training their employees to ignore customers, their employees are doing a fabulous job.
I don't work for pilot, so I don't want to check myself out. They are supposed to hire store attendance for that.

Facilities were clean, friendly staff, restrooms had a wait in line but it was a busy time of day. The driveways need to be marked better. The truck entrance and the cars entrance both need signs. It's the 2nd drive for cars.

The pilot has stepped up their game since the last time I've been in there. Everything is stocked, the food looked pretty damn good for gas station food, and the restrooms... where clean as a whistle and smelled like peaches! All of this is surprising to me with it being an older travel stop in cordele, in fact I do believe it's one of the oldest ones in cordele (travel station not just gas station)

Conveniently located, fairly clean, and safe. Good coffee and beverages. Decent customer service. It even has a fast car charging station, but the cost is way too much at about .50/per minute! Most fast charge stations are between .29 - .39 cents...even in ATL area. I will take my chances at the crowded Electrify America at Walmart next time.

Outstanding customer service! My husband and I run Team and we've had a rough week. We're tired, hungry and need fuel. The ladies running the registers and the people running Arby's were so kind, attentive and helpful. We really felt appreciated and supported as Truck Drivers. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! ?❤️

Pretty clean store! Stocked well. Plenty of pumps. ⛽️Attendants were welcoming and spoke loud and clearly with smiles upon our entry. ?

It really hurt my feelings that I came in on Christmas morning after spending the night in your parking lot due to making an almost 28 hour round trip to attempt to see my family after being in the navy for 4 years, just recently being discharged and seeing the employees saying merry Christmas to everyone, being so kind and sweet, but when you saw me, with my military cut still growing out (I’m a girl) no one wanted to say a word to me and maybe that would of made my whole trip after not being able to see my family but instead I just stayed in the parking lot for another hour and watched everyone go in and out smiling and getting greeted so kindly. The way someone looks doesn’t judge character.
