“We are a travel family and are driving from Florida to Utah. Needed a shower and some breakfast. I'll be the first to admit that I've never considered taking a shower at a Pilot. I was going to wait until we stopped tonight at our rv spot this evening. But when the bathrooms were closed for cleaning, there was a very nice gentleman who opened up a shower room for my daughter and I go to the bathroom. I was quickly surprised at how spotless and nice the shower was, so I told my fam of 4 that we should shower. The lady at the register was so kind and helpful. Signed us up for a Pilot card, which gave us a free shower - made the purchase cheaper for us. The gentleman from before gave my daughter and I the largest bathroom to shower in, and gave us extra towels for our hair, also. Super kind the whole time, very nice manners. Both employees said goodbye and wished us safe travels on our way out. Plus, they had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that we microwaved, which my kids both love. This Pilot gave us everything we needed and more. Seriously the best experience possible, especially from a gas station!”
