Shout out to the fellas at mavis! We can down from Detroit and we had an issue with the vehicle and Jamie showed a lot of southern hospitality as soon as we arrived with the van!! And Edward for making sure we was taken care of. Solid group of guys there ✊?✊?✊???????!!

I can not say enough about this business! My family of 10 was traveling to Florida last week for our first family vacation in over 4 years. I had my alternator replaced about 6 weeks before our vacation. We get halfway to our destination and you guessed it, that alternator I just had replaced went out. We are literally in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday and have no clue what to do. Rental car companies not answering phones and we are stuck. The other vehicle we are traveling with jumps us off and we drive as far as we can go. We repeated this process until we found an exit with an AutoZone and we’re going to buy a new battery to drive as far as we could. We happened to see this Mavis and called them. At first they didn’t think they could get to it, but Jamie in the background said he could do it in an hour and a half. So we drove there and they worked with my mechanic at home to get the part warranty from Oreilly’s honored and they got that alternator replaced for us. Savanna was amazing in dealing with the warranty issue as it took a few phone calls to figure out. Jamie was amazing at changing it in that heat from the parking lot. It died before they could get it on a rack. We appreciate him greatly! We were able to get back on the road and made it to our vacation spot that day. If I could give 10 stars I would. Please if you live in the area, support this small business. You will not be sorry! Thank you Mavis for turning that nightmare into a minor hiccup!
