Got my taxes done in Jan...still waiting called to see if they can help me Nope useless company. Only let them file to see if I could get an advance..Nope and now NO Help as to why I haven't gotten my refund only gave me the # to IRS.were you can't speak to anyone

Service was terrible they didn't want to give back my friends W-2 then stated she had to wait till they got done eating lunch which took a whole hour then wanted to charge her 59.00 to get a quote which we thought was free Guess they was upset that she didn't want to file taxes with them......H&R block gas some cricket people in them the one behind Wendy's in Cordele Ga.They tried well they processed it without permission when we only asked for a free estimate.Evil staff and I'll never go back

The customer service that I received from the H&R Block staff was exceptional, very friendly and I was able to get straight into my tax preparers chair. Although we are in the midst of a pandemic, the office was spotless & the staff ensured my tax preparers are was cleaned before I was taken to the back!
