Didn't have parts we needed for a 2019 GMC and they refused to allow me to use the restroom. No public restroom. I take a water pill I really needed to pee!

Troy and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful during my visit! My sis and I are not from the area and were far from home and Troy was able to put my mind at ease resetting my check engine light and getting me some fuel system cleaner to stop my knock sensor from going off. Highly recommend this knowledgeable and friendly spot.

Crystal was absolutely amazing! We got stuck in a pinch during a move, ended up 20 miles out from all parts stores with a broken cv axle in 32 degree weather. Crystal brought the part for us so that we wouldn't be stranded. I can't say enough how much I absolutely appreciate her going above and beyond for us. Thank you, Crystal!

Threw my serpentine belt in the middle of a 1200 mile trip, and Lloyd found the new belt for me and sent me to his buddy’s shop around the corner to get me back on the road very quickly!

Great Customer service! I unfortunately had a part failure on my way to FL. I was able to buy the part from autozone, but was unable to get a mechanic to replace it for me. The mobile mechanic that I called said he'll be there in 20 mins, but 2 hours past with no sign of him showing. Frustrated, I ended up starting to replace the part myself. The store manager, Lloyd saw what I was doing, and went above and beyond to ensure that I got back on the road.

Stopped at the Cordele Autozone at 7:50 pm (posted 8:00 close), doors were locked and the staff wouldn't even look our way. Great customer service!

Breanna L — Great customer service. Called another store to see if they had the part I needed for my car. She also recommended me local mechanics that could fix my car so I wouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg at other shops. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

Carlos & Bree were so sweet i was stranded 200Miles away. Instead of just being a regular employee selling a battery. They went above and beyond drove us back to the car so we do not have to walk mile back. I am very grateful that Bree was so sweet and thoughtful.
