“While driving our RV back home to Orlando from Birmingham 2 days prior to Christmas, my husband and I experienced engine issues which were oil related. We had to stop in the early hours of the morning. We took it to Shell Rapid Lube when they opened. Tyler helped us immediately even though they weren't equipped to handle RVs. He was able to provide us with his "diagnosis" and helped to fix the issue. He is an absolute angel. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Tyler!”
