“Like so many others in the reviews here, we were traveling down I-75 when our van overheated right at the Cordele exit. After some Googling I called Fraser's since they seemed to do repairs as well as towing the vehicle. I was so hesitant to send our vehicle to a mechanic we didn't know but we had no other option.
A driver arrived within 15-20 minutes of us calling for a wrecker and took us to a local hotel. He was friendly and told us to call early Monday morning to check on the status of our vehicle, as we broke down on a Saturday and the shop was closed on the weekend.
I called Monday morning and they were looking at the vehicle, and by 3:45pm they had made the necessary repairs and said it appeared to be running fine, and they even offered to pick me up from the hotel as we could not find a way to the repair shop. Thankfully all that was needed was a new thermostat, but the tow bill plus the repair was much more reasonable than I had expected. I did not see any unnecessary, excess charges, and they never tried to upsell me on anything. We got back on the road, drove another 300 miles south, then a week later drove 850 miles home and never had another issue with our vehicle.
Highly recommend Mike Fraser's if you break down on I-75 near Cordele.”
“Owner is a rare find these days! Had a little trouble with my vehicle while traveling through on the way home and gave them a call. He answered quickly and thought he'd have the part(s) I might need. They had exactly what I needed and let me use their parking lot to replace the items and he sold them at a reasonable and fair price.

“My family and I were traveling from out of town and got a flat tire while coming off the interstate. We pulled into the Walmart tire center as they were closing. “After having a tire blow out that caused major damage to our travel trailer we were concerned about driving it 50 miles to a repair shop. We called Quality Auto and RV for a tow, Jason arrived within 15 minutes, evaluated the trailer and gave the thumbs up that it was ok to drive. He also provided a recommendation for a local repair shop and other travel trailer knowledge. If you ever have trouble with you car or RV while traveling through Cordele call them first. In addition, we tried paying Jason for his time and attention and he refused. We are Raving Fans!!!”
