Xfinity / Comcast is the sorriest company to ever be involved finally canceled my personal account in my home and my business account through Comcast after being stood up for appointments on my days off for six Mondays in a row they will promise you great things when you sign on but when it comes to an issue during the storm or during blackout times and nobody's there to be held accountable for even though these # https no contact that they leave at the bottom of everybody's review if it's a complaint you'll never get a call back even telling them now they rather have 865,000 pissed off customers cuz they know that they've got over 3 million customers that they've already scammed out of their hard earned money in the person answering all these reviews feel free to actually pick up the phone and contact one or two at the customers to have a reason to be calling for complaining instead of having an AI generated response to everybody oh yeah and they made it harder to get in touch and complain about their company now

Justin did an amazing job with setting up a new account for me. He was super helpful and empathetic towards the issue with my existing new account and walked me patiently through the process of canceling the account with wrong plan details. Thank you Justin and Xfinity for your amazing customer service.

The service is TERRIBLE!!!! When I say terrible...I mean it's like having no service at ALL!!! I have them for Internet, WiFi and cell service, they are ALL constantly not working. We have never seen the 5G network (which is what we pay for). It's horrible and there is no resolution other than leaving this company. Please don't make the same mistake. They need to be out of business for good.

I went in to get a phone on my mom’s account. Everyone was so helpful JT, King, and there was young lady with braids they were all so nice and helpful I would go here any day any time!!

Visiting this store, left me disappointed. They can sell you merchandise but can't take it back. You have a 45min one way drive way in order to return equipment if you want to get your money back. This includes the excess equipment they sent me I didn't want or need for my installation. The store is clean. The staff was anything but friendly. Atleast they immediately knew where to go. Too bad they won't or can't accept it in store. Horrible marketing strategy, make it too much work for the customer and they will eventually give up.

This store...beware. needed a replacement phone which I got. Was paying $60 a month before this visit. When the bill came it was almost $300. The sales guy had 1) added a line I was not aware of 2) took unlimited off my phone and added to this new mystery line, which meant my line was using data, etc. Although Xfinity customer service fixed it, it was such a violation of my account.

Complete and total incompetence. Too concerned with playing lewd music at obnoxious volumes to do their job properly. Simple task of returning a cable box, and they trashed my entire account and disabled all my cable boxes. 12 hours dealing with support and they cant even fix it. Stay far far away.

The worst experience ever!!! I regret switching from Metro Pcs whom, I never had a problem with, but just because of some new phones. I switched it's been 4 days and my daughter still have no service, the first customer rep, said someone else stole her account and didn't finish my set-up. Furthermore, I have gone back and forth to the Xfinity store and Metro. Honestly, at this point, I will probably catch a case, until the root work I'm about to throw on Xfinity kick in. Also, my elderly mother in Boston, switched to this raggedly company, that locked her in a 2 year contract, she also regret, leaving metro and had the same issue. How is it possible this level of incompetency exist in such a big company? I despise this company and cannot wait to switch the first chance I get. Because this is a big company they have a monopoly, on abusing consumers. This company is deceptive, and dishonest. Their time will come.

My wife went to this location to get Xfinity cable, internet and telephone installed.Now she is banned for life from using the Xfinity services. After the manager of the store installed an illegal inoperable service that included cable, internet and telephone.The service was shut off 4 times over a period of 4 days and the company is demanding $118 for this bad customer service experience
