Recently, we had them look at our Daughters 1st car she purchased from Carvana, and they were open & honest about the condition. We ended up sending it back for a 2nd car, in which we had them look at as well. This one they gave the Green light to. I trust them with my kids cars. They are outstanding

I had tire issues with light for low air, they checked it found out bad sensor and advised me of low pressures in tires, told them would be back to have fixed.

Whitlows is definitely my go to place for auto repair..The customer service is outstanding and the vehicle issues (cause now its a domino effect lol) are being resolved by Whitlows as they pop.. Please don't get discouraged if they can't fit you in the same day you call, as this is a part of quality service.. I am completely appreciative and forever a Whitlows customer.

Extremely rude over the phone I asked a question a about brake booster in a Mercedes sprinter van and I did not ask to fix it over the phone because thats not how things are handled and people need to make money I guess it's a crime or a insult to ask advice over the phone at all just hung up the phone on me not recommended if you can even have a conversation over the phone before repair
