They never ever answer the phone! They’ll say they can’t process your prescription and to call but when you do, they don’t answer. I’ve been on hold now for 20 mins. It’s insane. I’ve called another day and it’s the same thing. There’s no way the wait time for the phone should be this long.

Horrible. Do not bring your business here. The worst pharmacy ever. Walgreens should be ashamed, but I'm sure they could care less about how bad it is here.

I had a prescription called in before 3pm. I called about 4:45pn it wasn’t ready, I called again at 6mp to ask if it was ready. They told me it was , but I didn’t even get a message until after I called. Then spoke to my daughter she had just called before I did and was told it wasn’t! I was in there some months ago and overheard customers saying how bad they were, now I see!

I have been using this EXACT same pharmacy for at least a year & they are SLOW!! They will keep you on hold for almost an hour sometimes hang up on you. This is UNACCEPTABLE noone wants to deal with this sick & have been in the hospital. DO BETTER!!!

Never answer the phone can't even conduct any kind of business or even call in a script you should just close down at this point pharmacy is a disservice and useless.

The service is absolutely horrible at the pharmacy drive-thru & inside pharmacy. I would not review this so harshly if it only happened every once in a while, but the fact is, I have to wait 20-30+ minutes every time I come here & that's at least twice a month. Either hire more people or re-train the present employees. I've read some of the other reviews & they seem to have had the same experiences that I have had, so my experiences are not coincidences. Don't our reviews mean anything to you? Don't you care that customers are repeatedly saying negative things about your service? Please don't force us to go to another pharmacy that is inconvenient. I'm writing this while waiting at the drive-thru. We have been here for at least 30 minutes. Eventually got our prescription...no apologies; no words of concern; no explanations.

Terry is by far the rudest person in this building!!! I was trying to get some pictures made of my late Grandfather and he was so rude!!! Thank goodness for Kenesha! She helped me out with a smile!! And she was very patient with me! I’m only giving 4 stars because of her.. If it was for Terry I would give him 1 stars!!!

Called to ask question about medicine that they carry for a toddler to see if it was in stock because other Walgreens don't have in stock DiaResQ put on hold after 10 minutes person answered store clerk immediately hung up called again to pharmacy spoke to person after another 10 minutes or longer hold and the phone starting ringing again after 30 rings he answered ask for medicine he immediately said he was transferring me but no one every answered VERY BAD SERVICE

This Walgreens is a nightmare to deal with. They rarely answer the phone. I just waited 17 minutes, listening to the phone ring at least 50 times before they obviously picked it up and hung up on me without a word.They are always understaffed and seem to put a priority on serving black people before others like me who were already waiting in line. And no, I'm not being over sensitive. This is obvious to any observer in line behind me.I will say that once in a while, I'll be surprised with a rare pleasant worker at the pharmacy counter, but that's a once in a dozen chance.Summary: I'll gladly pay more at CVS or Publix if that means I will have normal average customer service. Goodbye Walgreens!

Store service is 4 or 5 stars. Pharmacy service is great... but the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of higher is because they're TERRIBLE about answering their phone! They often don't even acknowledge you when and IF they pick up.... they just automatically put you on hold and often just leave you there without even picking up to say "someone will be with you in a minute". I used to be a pharmacy technician and I treat customers ' phone calls as important as customers at the window. Other than that, the people that work there are great. Especially the pharmacists.... special mention: Ahmed. He is wonderful! Get the phone thing straightened out Walgreens and y'all would be 5 stars!

Don’t get me wrong I’m not giving Walgreens drugstore a one star. I’m giving Walgreens pharmacy at this location a one star and only because I can’t give it a negative star. This location is the worst when it comes to prescription drug. I had an incident where I had to call corporate and email them because of a negative reaction I had from a prescription drug that I picked up at this location after asking the techs and the pharmacies. Will this be good for me because of my allergies and they both said yes. To my surprise they both lied and I end up going to emergency care that night. Long story short. I don’t know why this place is still open. Really sad.

Went to this Walgreens 2x to have my daughters passport photo taken. 1st time: we only have a manager and a cashier on staff today we don’t have a photo person. As I left I saw a third employee outside having a cigarette break. 2nd time: same lady says I can’t take your picture right now but gives no reason as to why. Very dismissive to us for a service they say they offer. When I get to the register I ask the cashier if there is a specific time pictures are taken. Her response is “it depends on whether or not they charge the camera” this is absolutely ridiculous if they are no longer able to provide this service due to staff shortage either discontinue the service, allow customers to schedule an appointment OR only take photos at a certain time during business hours.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. I made an appointment days prior then I had to wait another hour to get the shots. Why have appointment times. My prescription is always delayed and not ready when I get a call its ready. Sorry I am done after 3 years coming here.

This place is horrible!! Ive been in the drive through line for 45 min.No one is even acknowledging i am here. This is the closest drug store to me. I have to find a better store.
