The customer service at this location is horrible. I came in to buy a covid test and manager didn't want to service me at the checkout. He asked me to get out of line and have the second cashier service me. He treated me like I was a walking virus... The crazy thing is that he had on a mask. The cashier in the second line didn't. So, not only does he treat customer bad, but he has no regard for the people that work with him. All he had to do was keep his mask on and not touch me if he thought I had covid. The funny thing is that people come in there everyday and probably have covid and he may touch there item to scan it and get covid. People should be very mindful of how they treat people.
Finally, this location has horrible reviews. You would think corporate would read these things and change management at this location.

My wife had surgery today and the hospital sent the prescription to be filled at this location. The prescription was sent at 3:30. I go to pick up the meds at 6:30 and the pharmacist who was very unprofessional by talking to me with her back turned only to tell me that they don’t have time to fill the prescription and that I have to go somewhere else. I explain that my wife just had surgery and was in a lot of pain and she didn’t care. In fact she turned around and rolled her eyes at me.
This location CARES NOTHING ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.
This location’s pharmaceutical services are unacceptable and inconsistent. They should be shut down immediately!!!!! Beware if you are in need of medicine from this location.

They never ever answer the phone! They’ll say they can’t process your prescription and to call but when you do, they don’t answer. I’ve been on hold now for 20 mins. It’s insane. I’ve called another day and it’s the same thing. There’s no way the wait time for the phone should be this long.

Horrible. Do not bring your business here. The worst pharmacy ever. Walgreens should be ashamed, but I'm sure they could care less about how bad it is here.

I had a prescription called in before 3pm. I called about 4:45pn it wasn’t ready, I called again at 6mp to ask if it was ready. They told me it was , but I didn’t even get a message until after I called. Then spoke to my daughter she had just called before I did and was told it wasn’t! I was in there some months ago and overheard customers saying how bad they were, now I see!

I have been using this EXACT same pharmacy for at least a year & they are SLOW!! They will keep you on hold for almost an hour sometimes hang up on you. This is UNACCEPTABLE noone wants to deal with this sick & have been in the hospital. DO BETTER!!!

Never answer the phone can't even conduct any kind of business or even call in a script you should just close down at this point pharmacy is a disservice and useless.
