The worst customer service ever….just one person in the pick up pharmacy window. Long time waiting

This Walgreens sucks. The pharmacy is sooooo slow. I've been waiting 40 minutes in line to get a simple script that was called in and is ready. My info is in their system. There is no good reason it is taking this long.

After I didn’t get my $10 rewards from a pick up order , the manager Kim helped us out. She was very friendly in explaining the situation and assisted us in correcting the matter.

I only come to this location to order photos and there is a problem every single time. They don’t assemble the photos properly and don’t know how to keep up with them. The old people that work there are not helpful at all.

Came from Stone Mountain Georgia to get a kids covid vaccine only to find out they do not take the. Nothing about insurance information online. This is false advertising they say the children can get the covid for cash

Staff are always friendly and I can tell they care about the customers as I see a lot of them conversing with customers who frequent the location. You can’t beat the family feel this location has.

Sad this place is getting worse and worse. Pharmacy can't tell time. They lie to customers saying their prescription will be ready in 30-45 minutes. Hour plus later they haven't cared to start filling it. Then they say 15 minutes. Another hour after that they still haven't started. Maybe someday they will get back to being honest with their customers. Especially when it comes to medication

Would not recommend trying to get a passport photo here. They were dishonest about the requirements for a passport photo and it seemed like it was just because they did not want to help me. Not only were they dishonest, they were rude in the way they addressed me. I understand that things are difficult these days but there’s really no need to be unkind.I went over to CVS and got my photo taken no issues. I’m not really one to write mean reviews but the way they treated me was honestly hurtful. Try to be kinder please. Even if it means you have to stop talking to your coworker for a second. Thanks.

I HAVE HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES TODAY AND STILL NO MEDS. I CALLED THIS MORNING AND THEY SAID TO WAIT FOR A TEXT (NEVER GOT ONE). CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SAID PICK UP AT 2:30. HUSBAND GOES TO PICK UP AND THEY ASKED “WHO TOLD HIM HE COULD PICK UP AT 2:30” AND THEY SAID HE CAN PICK UP AT 4:00pm! THEN THEY TOLD HIM THEY WILL HAVE IT IN 25 MIN FOR WHATEVER REASON! NOW, MY HUSBAND IS WAITING ON A DAMN PRESCRIPTION THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN READY TWICE ALREADY! SO I CALLED TO GIVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND AND SHE ADMITS THAT THEY CAN SEE THAT I CALLED THIS MORNING, & SHOULD HAVE JUST PULLED THE MEDS RIGHT THEN & THERE INSTEAD OF HAVING HIM WAIT.I am going to start the research to see how I can get this facility under the spotlight and get some remedy for this type of unprofessionalism bc this is ridiculous.Original post before adding the deities edition at the top: This has got to be the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever experienced. I am switching immediately. The pharmacy technicians are extremely rude. The phone calls are unnecessary and there is inconsistency with how they respond to them. Depending on who you get on the phone, you will have to wait for a text that you will NEVER receive, or they will give you a time to pick-up, which could be anywhere from 1 to 4hrs later. Even if you show up at the pharmacy, if you didn’t call first, you will still have to wait 1 to 4hrs and will be told to wait for a text that NEVER comes, or to come back. (This used to be 30 mins, which is understandable. Imagine being someone who is unable to drive themselves around, like me, due to my injury or it could be due to other circumstances. Imaging having just come from the ER and needing the meds.)For some reason, even though the clinic sends the prescription over, you still have to call or go to the pharmacy to make sure that the meds are in queue for pick-up, before you can actually pick up. Usually, if the doctor puts in the order, you should be able to pick it up, without all the nonsense. When you are leaving the ER in pain or have taken off for an appointment, that last thing you need is to have to keep going back and forth to Walgreens for them to get organized enough to give you your meds, which takes a full day. When you call them, it takes a long time to get someone on the phone, and when you go up there it takes a long time as well, just to be told that you can pick up 3 hrs later.Today, I had to call twice before being given a time for pick up. I am not mobile due to a foot/leg injury and have to rely on someone else to pick up meds for me. This is frustrating for that person to have to wait on a time to go pick up meds bc they have a job that takes precedence. The meds that I need are a controlled substance; therefore, I have to go through this foolishness every week. This is so annoying and inconvenient. I won’t continue to go through this, as I am already in enough pain and this only amplifies my stress levels. Therefore, I must lighten walgreens’ load by one patient and switch pharmacies immediately. Maybe that will help them get things done a little quicker.

I've been filling the same prescription every month, for months. But yet somehow every single month, they are out of my medication. Most the staff is rude and last month I Witnessed a manager screaming on the top of her lungs to a customer to the point of where the police were called, and it almost avoid this Walgreens at all costs.

I just left here, they didn't have my prescription that I needed so I asked if they can suggest something closer to it,The pharmacist never came to answer my question, and I was the only person in line customer service was a No for me,then I overheard the drive thru lady with glasses answer the phone, and tell a customer no they didn't have her her prescription neither, without even looking,I'm convinced she was telling us no because she didn't wanna do her job.I just don't understand why she had me just sitting there waiting just to answer a simple question,I'll stick to publix and cvs where customer service matters.(I only went there because publix didnt have my prescription)

It takes 45 minutes to do a drive thru COVID test, almost an hour on Sundays. You’re better off going to CVS Across the street.

The worst place ever. They let everyone sit in drive through to fill their prescription. You should have people drive around. Especially when you call me and say my prescription is ready. Poor customer service for both Milstead and 138 locations.Never have medication to fill your prescription. Just horrible.
