Was told I would have to wait 40 minutes for my prescription to be ready. So I wait, while feeling ill, right there in the store. Right at the 40 minute mark, they close and go to lunch. Really?!?!? Poor customer service skills. I would reccomend a different Walgreens.

Waited all day for a rapid test result, when I called, I was told it was negative after 8 hrs. I paid for a rapid test. SMH

The problem I have with Walgreens is that even though you have a receipt, they make it hard for you to return items if it’s not from that Walgreens store. It can be done, but people do not want to do their job. Then they get an attitude with you.
