I brought my SUV in to them, never been there before, please make known my first encounter will not be my last!! They went straight to options, narrowed the problem and fixed the problem. No rip off prices and price quotes right in front of you for parts and labor. Best shop in town… my mechanics for all my vehicles .. Blessings always to all there! This place is Amazing, they explain everything in detail and no don’t charge you for unnecessary work. Vinny is one heck of a guy going the extra mile to help you. He’s always available and will do everything possible to help you out quick and safely. His team and him go above and beyond. Definitely my mechanic as I’m new to the area and hopefully yours also. Give him a try, you won’t regret it. 10 stars for sure

I had to give 1 star just to be able to write this review. I am BIG on customer service since that is the profession that I am in and this is the service that I thought that I have been receiving from this establishment. I brought my car into VSW because of the check engine light and just know that I already knew what was wrong with the car because the code that the scanner had given. Upon bringing the car to the shop and letting him know that I couldn’t pass emissions. Vinny stated that I needed an intake manifold, spark plugs and an oil change for a total of $1600.00. I love seeing pics of old and new parts and was provided with those only to find out they wasnt the pics of the parts that came off my car.That amount was paid in full and I received my car about 5 days later only to have it shaking like a leaf (which it wasn’t doing before I brought it into the shop). He was giving me excuses of “sick” family member, no help at shop, etc…. I returned the car to Vinny, stated the problem and about 4 days later he said that my car was ready and that it had 2 drive cycles to complete and that he couldn’t do it because he didn’t have any help and “sick” family member. He replaced an ignition coil with an old one that he had at the shop. (No problem but that wasn’t true) Went back to pick the car up again and the same problem still existed still given the same excuses as stated above. At this time it’s been 2 weeks …I got my car home and had to get a male friend involved because at this time I felt like I was being played by Vinny (and was).. after getting my car from the shop I noticed that the parts on the car looked “OLD “ or shall I say the same part…FYI… I know a little bit about how to work on cars..my male friend called Vinny and he stated to bring the car back to him so that he could make it right..NEGATIVE.. you had 2 chances to make it right and didn’t..I immediately called my credit card company to file a complaint with the shop and received my money back immediately.Check engine light still on.. So I took 2 full days to fix my car MYSELF. He did change the oil however not sure about the filter. The intake manifold was the “old one” and the spark plugs was NEVER changed(see picture ) also replaced the 6 coil packs. He has lost a loyal customer over greed and dishonesty (never saw that in him). He also did work to my other car earlier this year and I’m having the same problem that he supposedly fixed and was told by a reputable company that those repair wasn’t done as well and Vinny charged me $1100.00 for NOTHING. Maybe he saw that I was a female and thought he would take advantage of me.I’m big on reviews and felt that this should be told.

Went in this morning because my usual mechanic was closed indefinitely. My car needed new ignition coils, and they diagnosed it within an hour of me dropping it off, and had it repaired same day.

Went in for a radiator crack then it goes to I need a new alternator and a new battery so now instead of paying for the radiator crack which I was told was 185 but was charged 198 plus he put 2quarts of transmission fluid said he only charged for 1 really still charged for 2,and like the other reviews said his wife is sick his kids are sick his coworkers family is sick he coworkers didn't show up,I get the car back now it's more problems the brake and battery light is flashing then once I brought up a water leak in the car he blames that on being another problem and that he couldn't finish the work until we find out where the water leak is coming from, which I have asked family members and friends of mine and googled the issue and they ALL say the problem is coming from the alternator but he swears that's not the problem basically went in for 1 problem spent money on other problems and still have unfixed problems,I believe he made these problems because the car was fine before sending it here,not to mention he goes and orders a brand new alternator before asking me,like how do you know I have enough money to afford from 185 to now paying over $600,just a sad situation I was trying to take care of my daddy's car while he is in a nursing home now I have to explain this
