“I love the entire staff, they’re all great, butttt there is one man there who may need to put down the grooming scissors….My yorkie has been given flawless haircuts in the past. But the last two times (today being the second time) the male groomer there laid his hands on my Bentley things didn’t turn out so well. I specifically told them how I wanted his bangs. But for some reason he has his bangs all types of jacked up. Looking like a middle school boy who just got a bowl cut. I don’t know if he thinks it actually looks good or not, but even if I didn’t show a picture of how I wanted it cut, you should know what raggedy bangs look like and should know how NOT to cut that hair to make it look bad. You don’t need a picture for that. It’s kind of disappointing. But like they say fool me once…”

“The Banfield in Conyers saved our family today! Words cannot express our family's gratitude. The team was instrumental in the outcome for us bringing our loved four-legged family member Shiva home today. Shiva went into labor today. What was supposed to be a joyous welcoming moment turned into an unbelievably life-threatening situation. And unbelievable sadness. Shiva and the unborn puppies were in danger. After the first pup not making it I immediately call on the Banfield team. The Banfield team showed concern and unwavering support. Then the second pup didn't make it. Ethane a team member at Banfield was concerned enough to reach back out and shared we should come in immediately. Life-changing moment led to us bringing Shiva and three beautiful healthy pups home today. #heartfullofgratitudetothebanfieldteam”

“I love this veterinary clinic. My Gigi had puppies unexpectedly early one morning, I was frantic, she is only 3.5 pounds and was in distress. After calling our regular vet, no doctor was in, so they suggested Honey Creek, I called ahead, and the staff met me at the door. They took very good care of Gigi and me during that time. I will forever be grateful to the wonderful staff there. They called the next day to check on Gigi. I am considering changing to their clinic for the care of my dogs. They made me feel comfortable, checking in on me, giving me updates on what plan of care they had for Gigi. Gigi recovered quickly and she is doing good, unfortunately nothing could be done for the puppies.”
