“The person who assisted me was very knowledgeable. I asked him and he had around 20 years of experience in framing. They had a beautiful selection of frames as well. The ambience was quiet and welcoming. The person assisting me was very kind. These are some photos of the frames I looked at.”

“First, I will say that I will return and tell others about My Girlfriend's Place.

I searched for a black owned nail shop for my birthday nails and found this one. I checked for a website and Instagram. I saw that there was a name your price special so it was perfect. I walk in and was pleasantly greeted by baby Jayda ( I overheard her say her name).

I didn't wait long for another tech. I don't know her name but she did a good job. I'm particular and I have psoriasis on my hand and nails. She was gentle but not talkative. I respect it because my nails were done in good time. I'm just use to a more bubbly high vibe environment.

My only complaint is the fact that the "name your price" special is ONLY a special when YOU mention it AT THE BEGINING of the service. When she said $60 for my nails, I was like, "y'all not doing the name your price?" She said there was nothing she could do because I didn't say it at the begining. Maybe I misread the IG post or hand written sign but beginning vs end of service was not specified.

Again, I would definitely come back. I really want to support this establishment because it has a really nice setup, black owned, and my experience wasn't bad. I just didn't like the whole "special" debacle. Gratitude and prosperity to you all.”

“I hosted my daughter's birthday party at Planet Skate, and it was a fantastic experience. Renting out the entire rink created a wonderful atmosphere for both kids and grown-ups. Everyone had a blast, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout. I highly recommend Planet Skate as a perfect party spot for a fun and memorable celebration.”
