“I had been on the hunt for a 2nd gen turbo eclipse for a few years. I came across Eric’s listing and he did a wonderful job describing the car, its flaws and all. Given that I live up north it wasn’t feasible to see the car in person before deciding to purchase. Eric made the process of buying sight unseen very smooth. He was extremely honest, handled all of my questions (I’m detailed), even made a few videos at my request. This all made me feel confident in making a long distance purchase. Even more, Eric arranged shipping for me and I had the car in my garage within a few days. “Contrary to the bad reviews posted about this business, I wanted to share a recent good car buying experience at this establishment. I was there to look at a specific car, a 2008 Honda Civic EX-L as a first car for my son. I did a lot of research on the make and model before looking at the car such as features, reliability and common issues/problems. This car was posted on Facebook marketplace and although the location of the car stated Snellville, the gentleman stated the car was at this dealership in Conyers. Upon arrival, the dealership is small and does look ‘sketchy’ - bars on the windows, cars lined up from late models to cars in not so good condition probably used for parting out. I was not there to look at the dealership, I was there to buy the car. Long story short, the dealership allowed me to take the car to any mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. If the dealership had something to hide, they would not allow me to take the car for an inspection to an official Honda dealership for an inspection. I decided to take the car to Stonecrest Honda and completed an inspection, which I paid out-of-pocket. I needed to make sure the car was in sound condition for my son to drive as a first car. As a parent, you only hope to get the most safe and reliable car for your child. The car did have some minor issues given the age, but I knew what to expect after purchase and make plans to address the minor findings over time. After the inspection and a couple test drives, the condition of the car I was buying was very clear and I decided to purchase the car, which the process went very smooth. I was happy to get a great deal on the car, as it was priced lower than other Honda Civics of the same generation available in the market and featured the harder-to-find leather seats, sunroof and premium OEM wheels. Overall, the car buying experience was great. Registering the car and getting the license plate at the DMV was a breeze. The guys that run this establishment are good people from my experience and just trying to make an honest living, and you must absolutely do your due diligence before buying a used car. “Drove a couple hours to look at a car, met Anthony, the owner to show us the car. We were able to take time looking over the car without anyone rushing, pressuring, or looking over our shoulder. Then we spent time test driving. We ended up looking at another car and were able to spend all the time we wanted really looking at the car. He pulled the vehicle history report and even test drove it after we did to ensure there weren’t any red flags I had overlooked. He then took it by a local body shop and had a minor connection on the bumper adjusted. This was completely unexpected and above and beyond my expectations. His brother, Charlo, arrived and finished up the paperwork and we were out timely and with my son’s first car! There were both exceedingly professional, helpful and thorough. I was hesitant based on the previous poor reviews but after this experience I wanted to ensure credit where it’s due.”
