I just finished getting Service A maintenance on my AMG GLE 43! They did a fantastic job for SIGNIFICANTLY less than the dealership. The front office is very courteous and informed regarding the services the office provides. They even offered to escort me to an office so that I could be do my work. The lobby has very comfortable chairs and complimentary coffee, light snacks, and TV. This is a wonderful service center.

Unique Mercedes Service Center recently did an A service on my Mercedes and did a great job, no ghost problems added on that a lot of dealerships do on their services. Service performed in good time. Great job and comfortable waiting area.

Interesting story I have about this business. I consulted them first about an issue I was having with function inoperative error messages related to my headlights. I'll admit I was disappointed that I was only able to speak to a receptionist about it and only based on her own knowledge behind the desk was told I had to take it to the dealership to get it resolved. As you all should know by now the "Stealership" did exactly that and charged me over $250+ only to recommend I get the headlights replaced and returned the car back to me as it was no other recommendations of any kind. I WAS FURIOUS!!
So the next month I noticed a Ticking and missing sound from the engine and under hard acceleration, so I consulted Unique Mercedes again and they were happy to take a look at it for me. They eased all my concerns about those noises then, unlike the dealership, recommended I replace my battery and a few other neglected parts and fluids, resulting in all the functions that I had issues with the first time I was denied service from them and sent to the dealership for, including restoring the "eco stop start" function that I never knew had been inoperative also.
So now I am so elated and satisfied with driving my car. But I would like to suggest that the owner and chief mechanic at least make time to either respond or even contact his new customers instead of just leaving them with only the suggestion from the receptionist on what may be wrong with their car as I'm sure he may have more of an understanding of what their concern is than she does. But other than that your car and your WALLET, will literally thank you for visiting Unique Mercedes.

I have the up most respect for Devon and his staff
For the care of my vehicle. His associates are very knowledgeable and is willing to go the extra mile to make every effort treating your vehicle as if it’s theirs. Unique Mercedes Service Center is truly a five star in my opinion.
