“Have always had a lot of respect for this shop. They do a lot of my non warranty work. They are thorough and will tell you when something needs fixing. They are busy and will probably have to leave and pickup. Prices are fair but not cheap. Hopefully my 14 yo Toyota will last many more.

My favorite story about them. Bought a used pickup and while checking out the man said to call Gibbs. They stated the pickup was serviced regularly and well taken care of. I bought for my kinfolks in north ga and they have had it for 15 years.”

“Excellent service and reassurance. This team of talented experts rebuilt my transmission on short notice, and got it running like a finely tuned clock. Granted, I do not believe my vehicle was the easiest to work on (most of it is nonstock). I followed up a couple of times before a long distance trip towing ~9000lbs (almost gross combined of 18,000lbs) just for reassurance. Each time they had a different mechanic drive with me and verify themselves that shifts were appropriate, and that there were no mechanical concerns related to the transmission and its performance. I really appreciate the attention to detail, their communication, and their excellent customer service. After towing 1300 miles with a heavy load, variable terrain and weather conditions, I did not have any issues with my transmission, and I felt very comfortable with how it performed under load. No leaks, slippages, surges, or skips were experienced. The torque converter locks appropriately. 10/10 I would consider doing business again with them in the future. I wish them continued success in the market.”
