Waited in line only for the cashier (talk African American male) to step away the moment I got to the front. Had to jump in another like behind 3 other people and wait another five minutes.

This store is always out of propane. If it is raining or dark or cold out side they are out of propane. The management is terrible at this store.

The hours for the pet wash are not the same as the store hours, but that’s not listed online. Saw they closed at 9 so we went up there at 630 thinking we had time. She turned us away at the door saying the pet wash station closes at 6.

I started moving shipping containers with my rollback truck & was hoping to get some hooks and chain. There were slip hooks that worked on my container chain plates and I wanted some 3/8" chain I was going to use dedicated for moving containers.I had someone call for assistance cutting their bulk chain and it never came. The couple of employees walking around looked pretty grumpy. It would have been like $56.While waiting I noticed they didn't have any 3/8" ratcheting binders that were $20 more than harbor fright (who did have them). And turns out most box stores have 3/8" G70 chain for about $50 and theirs come with hooks, too.If you're driving somewhere looking for securement, don't drive here.

This location is by far the worst. Called and spoke to the manager about an exchange over the phone explained everything in detail prior to me driving 30min to get there. She said she would help me and make my purchase right. I explained I did not want to waste my time driving if she was in fact not going to help me make it right. She said she would. I drive there to only have her change up on me and say there is nothing she can do. I will be taking my business else where going forward since this location likes to lie and waste people's time.

Called at 6:30pm to make sure they had a pet wash station, drove 40 minutes, then was told it closed at 7pm. Wouldn’t that have been good information when I called?

Its clean and tidy, no smell of any previous animal incidents and straightened. We will absolutely be coming back to this location!
