Sent my Work Truck to TA Automotive of Conyers by way of Tow Truck and Key they recieved it started work immediately made the whole Process of fixing my Truck peaceful with a phone call and they game plan to solve a No Crank issue on a 02 GMC Sierra 1500. 2 weeks later im riding back up the road. Highly Recommended??? 5⭐️

The team was very helpful overall. I was pleased with the grace and kindness I received from each person I spoke with on the phone. I was from out of town and I had to tow my car to this shop so I didn't leave it sitting on the side of the highway in Conyers. I am very appreciative of their help in a very stressful situation.

Overall I had an ok experience. The staff was friendly enough, and they were able get me an alignment and replace 2 of my tires. They definitely can and will overcharge you so don’t be afraid to get a quote from a different mechanic. I was in desperate need of two services I got there, but they also tried to quote me about $700 brake replacement job which I knew was an up charge. They were pushing for me to get my brakes that day, but I called and scheduled an appointment with another mechanic. He charged $275 and did a great job.
If you are in a pinch and need something done that day I’d say they are a good option, but if you feel like you got a ridiculous quote I wouldn’t be afraid to call around and see what other mechanics are offering. A 250% price difference is astounding. Staff is friendly, and waiting room is nice.

Took my car here back in early 2023 for issues with engine misfiring, they told me it was just my sparkplugs, got my car back and the same issue was still happening. Called them and they had me pay for ignition coils and their labor, again. Which for whatever I was thinking, I agreed to. After that was done, same issue, again... check engine still on and reading the same code. Called in telling them it was my third time and they told me they'd need to replace my fuel injectors this time, so I had to pay $1,500 in total to have all this done. I received my car back and it was working.
Update to 2024, my car started having the SAME check engine code. Misfiring, again. I had a recent friend on mines take a look at it and he stated that my fuel injectors had never been changed. It seemed all they did was run fuel injector additives through my car and that unclogged it for just about a year. I was charged about $500 for "new fuel injectors" when it was just a $5 bottle of fuel injector cleaner.
I will say, they are very friendly and make you feel like you're being taken care of, but the work being done alongside their high prices isn't necessarily worth it. I'd go to another shop.
