Service is excellent! I dropped off a pair of shoes for repair- I Needed these shoes to wear to a wedding and wasn’t expecting them to be ready until October 3rd, but they were ready September 27th! When I arrive to pick them up, the owners were in their car ready to go , but went back inside to give me my shoes - great customer service and I approached for doing that!

This is by far the worst dry cleaners ever first off, I have never been charged to Drop off my clothing and pay for it first. I have spent my hard earn money on these clothing, and they keep telling me that they can not find it. It has been 5 weeks, and every time I go back, they tell me that they can not find my items, and then they want me to pay before I drop it off, this is ridiculous, and I am about to take further actions, I don't know why they changed owners, but the original owners never did this to my clothing. I've been a faithful client to this place for over 7 years, but ever since this new owner, all my things gotten lost.

They are not dependable anymore bad attitudes ? ??? my clothes are horrible and for the money they charge is Ridiculous for the ridiculous work that they've done i'm done never again

Nope. This was my first time doing business with this company. I was quoted initially $10 for each jacket, ok no problem. I'm used to obtaining some form of ownership for the items in bringing in, well as we stood in silence I finally asked for something. He told me the machine is broken, he tore a piece of paper wrote my info and said a few days . Almost a week later and a $40 Bill, I'm good.. I still haven't even looked at my jackets yet, still in the car.

We use Tower Cleaners to clean our marching band uniforms at Heritage High School, and they always do a terrific job. The colors are bright and the whites are white. I highly recommend them!
