Horrible experience with this company went in for 2 tires they sold me on 4 tires along with some package that I found out on my 2nd visit that they did not honor. they took forever to complete the job They have a lot of fast-talking sales people who just want you to use them . Lots of excuses and cover up reasoning talk when you ask them questions. About service and cost. Dont use them. You will be disappointed !

I absolutely love the new change of people within the store when I went today(coming from a tire place that said my tires were bad:( ) I explained my Situation to Ronnie as i had purchased the tires and rims from this location not yet a year ago( under a different management whom lack to inform me of items) , he gave me good/bad case scenario before heading out to inspect the tires. My tires were not bad, tread is still good, so Ronnie had his team to perform my tire rotation and balance which was my previously intended purpose. I truly appreciated going above and beyond , and i will be back for my oil change. Thank you again Ronnie

The customer service from the entire team was excellent! From the (GM) Ronnie Reed, (SM) Jonathan Clark and, (SVM) Carlton Godfrey. They provided me with WHEELS and TIRES at an exceptional price! The customer satisfaction was well beyond my expectations! My wife and I will be long term customers for life!

I’d give this business 100 stars if I could, the customer service was astounding!! The representative I had was Jonathan Clark And he needs a raise immediately! I purchased 4 brand new tires and received an alignment free. The work was done ahead of schedule and the store is neat, clean, and remarkably professional. I will be coming here from now on for all my vehicle needs, in fact I will be recommending TireDiscounters to all my family and friends and anyone I overhear asking about vehicle repair establishments. Oh, and ask for Jonathan Clark!
