This is not the dealership that you want to go to ,#1 They give you the runaround about your tag & title.#2 just found out the car has been wrecked,so how they manage to get passed the carfax I don’t know, but it’s a way if the owner got something to do with it ?Rip off car lot

I would suggest you stay away from this dealership, even if they give you a one- or two-thousand-dollar break on the car price. I purchased a 2018 Camry cash from this place on 12/20/2018. It is now 5/1/2023 and I haven't received a Tag or a Title. IM SO DISAPPOINTED!

I am so grateful for Sean and all he did to help me get the car of my dreams! I started my journey 3 years ago and I was not ready. Sean could have sold me any vehicle but he advised that I didn’t get in to what I could not afford. Any other dealership would have just sold me a car. After following his instructions I was finally in a position to purchase and I called him immediately. In a couple of weeks he found the best deal ever for me and I am so thankful! I got every feature I wanted for the best price! If you are looking please purchase with The Car Spot, they will not steer you wrong!

If I could give them no stars I would. Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from salesman- Alton Spaulding on March 23rd. Picked it up on March 27,2023. Temp tag had expiration date of May 11, 2023. Ad expiration date grew closer, called and left messages on voicemail..no return calls. Went by the location at least 8 times, no one ever there. After temp tag expired had to go to the Dekalb Tax Commissioners' office to get an extension. It is now June and I still do not have the title nor tag and no one had not returned my calls. They were paid by cashiers check for the car. At this point I consider the sale fraudulent! Guess I'll have to get the legal authorities - criminal and civil involved. Don't walk, Run Away from this fraudulent business!

As of right now, I have been driving a car that I cannot get the registration for every time I called them about the paperwork for the registration. They feed me with I have not made my payments on time which I have been making my payments on time. There was a time that I did get behind the first month or two and I did catch it up asap and have been paying on time every sense. The bank that has finance the car has been trying to contact them regarding multiple registrations for cars which they do not have and quite frankly I believe they cannot get. So it is April 20, 2023 and I have yet to still get this car registered. I am currently riding on an outdated dealer tag and they refuse to give me the paperwork but I honestly think they don’t have it anyway Do Not FOOL WITH GHIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever seen. I know several people that have had issues with them. The main one being them not being able to provide proper documentation. Title, bill of sale etc. these people are scammers and that’s putting it lightly.
