Violet Terzian was the most rudest, childish, ignorant & unprofessional manager that I’ve ever seen. There’s going to be some DOL & EEO investigations if this unstable woman isn’t quickly trained. The other employees were very competent, friendly & professional! They deserve better! Meanwhile, good luck retaining both employees & customers. I’ve closed all of my accounts. Ughh

I truly appreciate the personal, yet professional, attention that was given to me on behalf of my business. I went into the Main St. branch in Conyers to correct a transaction & found Kareema to be patient, caring, knowledgeable & determined to resolve my situation. She even went beyond the call of duty to call me days later to get an update on my case. She made what was a frustrating situation tolerable & ultimately pleasant. Truist as a bank is thoroughly unhelpful. Multiple calls to customer service and an in person visit to the branch and no one was able to resolve my issue (an erroneous charge on Truist’s part).

DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST ! THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT UNEXPECTEDLY AFTER I DEPOSITED MY SETTLEMENT CHECK ! NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHY AND THEY WILL NOT RELEASE MY MONEY TO ME AT ALL !!! THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST AFRICAN AMERICANS, I GUESS BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT MY CHECK WAS AND THE ZIP CODE I'M IN MY FUNDS ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT ! I CANNOT PAY MY BILLS OR FEED MY KIDS, THE REPS WON'T TELL ME ANYTHING AND THE SUPERVISORS WONT TELL ME ANYTHING ! DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST !!! I DEPOSITED THE CHECK AND THEY RELEASED ! NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN 1 WEEK LATER IM BEING INVESTIGATED BY FRAUD! THE CHECK IS LEGITIMATE BUT THEY DO NOT CARE, RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ! I BROKE NI RULES, THERE WAS NO NEGATIVE BALANCE AND I DID NOT MISUSE MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS ONLY OPEN FOR 1 WEEK !
