Oh my gosh, If you should ever need a storage definitely use Compass . I visited the 1050 Flat Shoals locations where I received assistance from the representative Andre whom provided exceptional service . Not only was he very professional, he was so kind and patient and explained everything about the services I would receive while renting the unit. This was absolutely 5 star service. Thanks again Andre for your expertise in making my move to Compass Storage less stressful as possible.

We went to rent a climate controlled storage unit on Sat. Andre was very professional and kind. He answered all of our questions politely. The facility is very clean and secure. Our unit is not only climate controlled but bigger than the unit we had at our other storage. It is also less expensive. We are happy with our decision and the transparency at this location
