DON'T GO HERE EVER. I'm currently in a nightmare with them now. They fixed my catalytic converter on the passenger side n my check engine light came back on within weeks n they said it was bad part n replaced it (took them over a week n I had to keep calling them). Check engine light still on almost a whole year so I get the otherside fixed n the shop I took it too replaced the 1Statham fixed because he said it was bad. Now Statham has to replace the same CAT n they given me the run around saying bring for them to take pictures n investigate; mind you I'm not able to pass emissions which is 2days away n the want to take pics n investigate. They charged me 1200 n the other shop charged me 650 n told me they ripped me off. Statham is trying to wait till my warranty run out. They're a horrible business

Don’t go here they loose your contact information the front desk lady is trash! Loosing someone information because she was on the phone! They will keep going up on the price. They say a different price every time and not reliable at all!!! Not organized at all.

Received work on the rear end of my mustang. Was charged $1900 to replace entire rear end. After 2,000 miles my rear tire (brand new Continental Extreme Contact) had uneven wear . I returned to the shop and paid for a brand new tire. After having said new tire installed my valve stem was damaged and pressure sensor was inoperable; i since had it replaced at another shop. The shop claims to have installed camber bolt to help achieve alignment. My car now whines upon every turn and has loud grinding from the rear when changing gears. I trusted the shop to have integrity and perform the work that was paid for however the fruits of their labor appear to be SUBPAR at best. After a total of $2500 Im back where i started and the warranty isnt worth the time or effort. I couldnt even get my tire replaced without them breaking the tire sensor and creating a leak in the valve stem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this shop for any work that is in depth and requires a breakdown and rebuild of critical car components.

Terrible... Entirely too long to change rear break pads and 1 rotor should've just bought a new jack and did it myself. I seriously wouldn't bring a park bench or a radio flyer wagon here to get worked on.

Purchased a new tire and they put a used tire on the car! I ask the guy to show me another tire with the same tread that was new and he claimed they only had one. What are the odds they only had one. The tire was dirty and nothing about it looked knew. Then they charged me an extra 15% because I didn’t have cash. Then on top of that I could have gotten a better quality tire at a more reputable company for a cheaper price. They hustled me because I was in a rush. Stay away from them…they don’t mind lying to customers.

Stathams has been supplying the company I work for with great service and tires for years. I recently needed some major power train work done on my daughter's Kia. That's when I found out how awesome the place is as a whole. The service was completed on time, on budget and right the first time. Lewis and his crew are the best!

I must say I’m very much DISAPPOINTED in this place of business!!!!! I always purchase my tires here but unfortunately my last visit one of the WORKERS switched my “full” size spare with a donut spare!!!! That full size spare came with my vehicle when I purchased it!!! The type of car I drive can not operate on a regular size SPARE!! I’ve been trying for a MONTH to get my full size spare replaced!! I’ve spoken to Lewis the owner who agreed to replace my full size spare however he’s been giving me the run around! Well Lewis you just lost a customer sir!!! ?? I try to support businesses within my COMMUNITY ??
