I was helped by a worker named Z or Zee, she was absolutely outstanding, and so patient with me. She walked me through everything in detail and helped me with all my needs. I’m very please to leave T Mobile with a great experience because usually I don’t. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! Give that woman a pay raise, she deserves it! ❤️

Was checked in right away!!! Alanna did her thing!!! Super friendly, accurate, considerate, and informal. She communicated nicely with her co-workers when she needed assistance. I’m actually coming back again this week and going to go with the plan she initially told me to do.

The only two good workers are Dorothy and Shannon!! I will only come to get help from them… everybody else moves slow with bad attitudes. They literally have like 30 customers standing around , nowhere to sit with such a long wait time. The service here is sooooo slow. The location is very nice and updated, but I won’t be back!

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my phone was fixed. My screen was cracked, and they repaired it in an under hour, which included me waiting with another customer ahead of me. I'm extremely happy with their work. I would definitely recommend this business

Dorothy is rude and may need to find a new line of work that doesn't require her to engage with customers. Training may be beyond her scope of understanding on how to treat a customer. She is incapable of expressing policies, terms or even just clearly navigating customer questions. She is very bad representation of the T-Mobile brand and care the company says they provide to their paying customers.

It's not as frequent as it used to be, but sometimes you just need to go to a professional to get things taken care of. This branch is freshly remodeled, and everyone was very friendly. Took good care of me and I was on my way.

The employees here are very unprofessional. On top of being unprofessional, they have the nerve to be slow. Everytime I call or come in, it's the same person (I assume the store manager) that always has an attitude and her face balled up. Annoyed this is the only Tmobile close to us. Georgians are fn ghetto

These people are very patient and kind. Shannon helped me and was very attentive to each step. She is great at her job. She was able to help me and someone else while keeping us both assisted at all times. I am so happy with this experience and how quickly I was able to get my new phone! Thank you!

Hope I got the sales rep name correct but Ryan was awesome. This guy needs a award for his great service . I came in to the facility Saturday . Ryan services me right away an not only that he was able to get two customers behind me situated while maintaining the service with me . He was even taking a phone call while helping the woman that came in after me. I mean let’s be real it’s hard to multitask the way he did an not become frustrated. Ryan needs a promotion or a pay increase if he hasn’t already because this guy was awesome an fast with the service . Give this hardworking man a award ! Last four of the rep Id was 779 ! Give this man his props .

Lies Lies Lies! They royally messed up my account did not give correct promos and said they would auto apply then gave insider code and didn't work then straight up refused to work with me to fix their mistakes!!

Went to upgrade my phone I sat there for an hour in half . No one advise until after 45 minutes that this may take will because of the data on the phone. From 3:30 to 5:20 pm. Try to talk the manager Ryan and he oh I’m sorry that’s we can do this happens all the time . No concern about me has a customer I had to rearrange things at the limit. Like that was okay. No name tag to show he was the store manager. This is the worst customer service that I have experience has business customer at T-Mobile. He needs to be retrain on customer service.
