Horrible service got my son phone fixed and two weeks later it was broken again...he wanted to charge me 139 more dollars to fix the phone ridiculous and greedy these people are a scam bad products and greedy for money...Do not go here below 1 star

I got my screen fixed here and I went back with a phone that is visibly distorted with color distortion. He attempted to tell me about an update messing up my phone so I checked my phone that night and my Phone has not been updated but I knew it was no update problem, so he proceeded to tell me about a 15 day policy he had if something went wrong which he never told me about, it was only a month since having the phone’s screen replaced and now it’s glitching really bad. On top of that is was too expensive!

I went in urgently to get my phone screen fixed, they were very accommodating and fixed my phone in 20minutes. The pricing was great too. My screen protector was broke, so they gave me a new one for free. Very nice people. Will recommend people.

SmartFix has been super accommodating! I came in to get my cracked screen replaced, job was great and price was fair. I had a hiccup with my screen several days later and they upheld their 15 day guarantee and had my screen working again within 20 minutes. Reliable business, thank you guys for your services!

Honestly if I can leave 0 stars I would!! Do not waste your money here, they half ass fix your stuff and don't care about how they basically stole your money. They claim to have a warranty policy but yet no refunds no exchanges and all sales are final. The owners tried to speak to me like I was a child and turned on the tv and completely ignored me. I payed for my phone to be fixed and the same issue is happening and now they say it's an apple care problem and can't do nothing for me yet they was quick to take my money when I came in the first time, Y'all please read the other reviews and be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They honestly don’t even deserve this one star. The man broke my phone by using unauthentic iPhone parts and when I went in I was given horrible treatment and yelled at. Terrible customer service!!!

My dad's iPad had a cracked screen and he took it here to be repaired. The first time it was repaired, the home button was covered in glue and there was still tape visible underneath the screen. He took it back and the guy removed the tape and said he fixed the screen, but now the screen is somehow disoriented. The iPad must be oriented in one particular direction to be able to type and it recognize the keystrokes. I'm not really sure how to describe it. The iPad isn't that old and should still be in good working order but the iPad is barely functional at this point. I know it sounds kind of silly, but the iPad is one of the last things my grandma bought for my dad before she passed away so there's a sentimental aspect to it, and it just really sucks that the man who runs this shop destroyed it. We are hoping that someone else might be able to fix what he messed up.

My teenager daughter dropped her Iphone tonight and almost had an heart attack lol! I googled shops in conyers and this guy fixed my daughter’s phone in 15 minutes! Thank you for saving the day!!! He was fast, friendly and a within a reasonable price!

I had been looking for someone cheap and Efficient to fix my phone! Most people was quoting between 250- 400 to fix my screen! Might as well buy a new phone! I called this place n they fixed and cleaned my phone for me. It looks brand new! I love it! Go here ASAP u will not be disappointed

Very very unprofessional, rude and customer service. Screen was repaired poorly with cracks around edges and the owner argued stating it was already there also miss quoting price holding your phone collateral not mention you can’t use credit card total rip off… run

Ive had my iphone screen repaired here 3 times in 6 months. Twice in the last month. Turns out he has been using low quality screens the entire time and didnt tell me until I confronted him on it telling him that when I purchased my iphone X the screen lasted 3 years and several drops. Everytime I dropped my iphone X after he repaired it (inside Case with screen protector) it broke. He tells me after the 3rd time that he has been using low quality screens (ranging from $113-$150) because people don’t want to pay for the more expensive apple screens of $289. And that only now is he able to purchase the apple quality screens. Screw that. now Ive paid well into $400 because of his sketchy practices. Dishonest, sketchy. Stay away.
