I recommend going to this office because of Dr. Michelet-Vialva. She is kind and caring, and I know I'm in great hands with her. I recommend others go here as well because her and her staff will welcome you. Thank you for going above and beyond in my care.

The dentist doesn’t seem compassion enough. I didn’t get anything resolved… A waste of time and money… maybe I was treated this way because I receive Medicaid. I will never return or recommend this office. I feel like if your heart not in it… don’t do it! Yes I have issues with my teeth but that’s why I came.

Please read!We were serviced on 04 August 2023! My sons (4 years old and 2 years old) were referred to another dentistry because of “slightly wiggly” and “too wiggly”! Additionally, I was informed that my 4 year old had cavities and would need a fill-in; that apparently, could not be done at this dentistry. How can you call yourself a Family Dentistry if you cannot tolerate kids!? Regardless, I felt these were EXCUSES to no longer service us anymore! I do not recommend this facility nor will I ever refer anyone to this facility! Find another dentistry for your children!Two Stars for clean establishment, and friendly staff - Front Desk/Hygienist!

The staff is amazing! I am thankful to Dr. Vialva for being so thorough and detailed during her exams and evaluations. She saw things other providers have missed for years. She makes it comfortable for those of us who suffer with dental anxiety. She loves what she does and it shows in her work! I am proud to have her as my dentist and I will be forever grateful to her!

I scheduled an appointment with this office a month ago. Went in for my appointment time in which I was 15 mins early and was told my appt was cancelled due no confirmation made. I was like okay. Just left so I went back into my text from the office and found out that I did confirm my appt so I decided to go back to the office and show the front office manager my text and she proceeded to say. She received my text confirmation but earlier she stated that appt was canceled due to appt was not confirmed so she proceeded to tell me that it was because she couldn’t verify my insurance but the day I scheduled my appointment she told me if I could not bring my insurance card that she could verify my insurance the day of my appt. I mentioned this to her and she stated I would have NEVER TOLD YOU THAT but she also told me the reason she cancelled my appt was because she couldn’t verify my insurance. The LiESssss. I should have went with all the negative reviews I saw on this practice. Don't waste your time. Every time I have went in these place it’s never no one in there. This review will be on every platform they have this business linked too
