When I say Lowes could not get my color right, but Wendy Lucero at Sherwin Williams of Conyers did!! I finally went in & what she did not know she was honest & up front and called her MGR!! What she DID know she educated me on color differences from a “sample” to a “gallon” also how photo on your phone (iPhone ) will not display what your eyes see!!….anddddd she got it right!! ??I so love her! She is professional, approachable, friendly & knows the products! Always has a smile!!!!Ask for Wendy & tell her I sent you!

I called and spoke to an associate, he was very polite and super helpful. I explained what I needed and he said he would have it ready for me within 5-10 minutes and he fulfilled that promise. I highly recommend this location!

So I bought a paint sprayer and tip at the sherwin williams in Douglasville. I was like it's more expensive but it's a national brand so if I have issues I will be fine. Well the sprayer had a tip so I didn't need the one I had. I went to the sherwin williams in Conyers where I live, to return the never used tip, and was told I had to return tools and parts to the store I bought them from. So I wouldn't recommend buying tools or parts because if your somewhere and need something they don't back them up. Go to lowes, you can return or replace broken stuff at any lowes, no run around

I came in to this Sherwin-Willams and experienced terrible customer service. I was having issues with an employee who I noticed started acting more rude and disrespectful when she started working with me. While she was "helping" me, I felt as if I was more of a bother than anything. Near the end of our transaction, she asked a coworker to help carry my items outside, but she addressed me in a rude way by saying, "this man." In a rude tone. Her name was kaela and I overall felt disrespected. I felt that she was rude towards me simply because I was hispanic. I hope that this was her just having a bad day and nothing more, I understand that we all have bad days. This is how she made me feel and it is the only reason I made this review.

AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE. All the employees at this location are rude and unprofessional. Today, 6 customers waiting in line there were 4 employees cracking jokes and laughing loudly with each other and none would come to help the customers. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I asked once to help the customers in line and waited another 15 minutes none of the 4 walked to the register to help, that moment I lost my patience and got loud and they still would not care and talk back and told me to wait while they were still cracking jokes. All 4 of the employees working there today should be FIRED immediately. They do not represent what Sherwin William is about. As a business owner this was my worse experience at Sherwin William.

I advise that you do not shop this store, you will get better service at Home Depot or anywhere for that matter. They are supposed to be the paint experts and I asked for a paint that had no sheen. The sales rep DeDarius sold me a 5-gallon paint of satin, I saw him scribble satin on a piece of paper and asked why did he write satin and I wanted flat, without shine. I go back to the store to express my disappointment with the 4 feet tall manager Mike and instead of him listening to my concern, he hides in the back office to allow me to deal with the already incompetent sales rep. The sales manager needs training on how to handle escalated concerns.This was my second time in this store and I should have followed my mind not to do business with this location as the first interaction was pleasant at all, they don't greet you, you stand there forever waiting on someone to acknowledge you are in the store...just overall poor customer service, save your money and your time!
