It is with great pleasure to have Mrs. Dixon as my State Farm Agent! She possesses these three powerful customer skills: Respect, Dependable, and Knowledgeable about what she does to help her clients get the best out of their insurance policy etc! When I had injured myself outside of the country she fought hard for me to receive a check due to me having hospital income as part of my policy. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking to have great insurance whether it is car, home, or life! ????????

I have had my insurance needs serviced by Shametria Dixon’s State Farm agency for over 10 years and the customer support has been exemplary since day one. I especially want to thank team member LaQueena for her expertise, professionalism and temperament displayed on August 3rd. She went above and beyond the call of duty when the policy she wrote for my son, who was at a dealership as a first time car buyer, required her to leave the office and work from home after hours into the evening. While on standby to answer calls and do calculations up until as late as 9pm. LaQueena, remained personable, and attentive. Shametria Dixon’s agency was already a jewel, but they knocked the ball out of the park when they brought on LaQueena. Ms. Dixon is a jewel. She goes beyond the call of duty to assist her clients in all ways possible. I cannot extend enough compliments to her for her genuine professionalism and knowledge shown during the times I have interacted with her. As a first time driver, finding insurance can definitely be frustrating while being a college student having to maintain finances. I have been with State Farm for about 20 years now and Shametria Dixon is my personal insurance agent. She is one of those agents that sincerely cares about her customers. I always call her office and request to speak to her personally regarding any questions that I have about my policy.
