3/2 today I went in Sally’s in Conyers have shopped here several time but on this particular day the manger a black older woman who wears a wrap. Had the audacity to watch me shop as if I wanted to steal some dang finger nail polish. She had the nerve to walk up next to me as I was picking out my polish and they act like she was putting something on the shelf and watch my daughter. Beware of these people. I will not spend another dime in Sally’s. Take my money to Amazon or spend it with the direct company of the product I’m buying. I will be coming and pasting this on Yelp. I’m regular customer and it felt pretty uneasy and I will not be back.

I am surprised they are still open. This store is run by paranoid people. The assistant did not let me browse through the store by asking me what i needed. Since it was a hair coloring brush and she had them by the register i did not need to go in. I confirm the rest of the reviews. It has been like this for years. The culture is that the "customer" steals and should not be allowed in the store without supervision. This franchise should be revoked. Needless to say i did not buy the brush. But my intentions were to look around and buy stuff. I mean SHOPPING, but they do not like to sell.

It’s now 1137am on 3/26/23 and I’m standing outside this Sally’s looking at the hours posted of 11-6 on Sundays, the door is locked and no one is here.

The people here are mad rude . I did a phone call to fix my order and the lady sounded like an older black lady was very rude! I can be rude back but I was very relaxed and nice on the phone trying to fix my order while she saying “oh my god” “ I said” things of that nature like she didn’t want to work there. A customer is calling politely for help and you come in the phone mad spicy? Like you don’t need to work there PERIOD——

Went to this Sally Beauty today to pick up a box of dye and possibly some skin care stuff. I'm pregnant (and have rosacea) so I took a few moments to read the ingredients on skin care items, only to come to the conclusion that none of them were likely safe for me right now. When I went to the register with my box of hair dye to pay, the cashier looked me up and down with such disgust and also seemed to be trying to look into my very small purse as if to imply I was stealing, she continued to look at me with disgust during the whole transaction. I normally don't feel compelled to bother with leaving reviews but that was unacceptable. Will definitely just be going out of my way to go to a different store in the future where employees don't give you the stink eye and might even be bothered to help you find things.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The lady wouldn’t let my brother in law in the store but allowed other ladies in? All they wanted to do was grab hair dye as these girls proceeded to stay and shop. My BIL was wearing a proper mask and was extremely polite. They are too nice to say anything so im leaving a review since we can’t go in.

I shop here often ONLY because it’s near my home. The cashier is beyond rude every single time. She is a older black women. Always staring hard & never is polite or inviting. My last encounter with her was so bad I will travel to another location.

Both employees I contacted were rude and although I was spending over $50 they said I needed to pay for a bag to carry out my purchases.

It probably could have used more than one employee - at least on the weekend - because it was so busy, but the employee was very nice and the store was clean, well-stocked, and well-organized.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Went in to grab some Bobby pins and hair oil, both are on the last isle in the store. The older African American women followed us through the store. I’m pushing 50 and was with my 8yr old daughter. This was the second time she’s done this. Sucks because the store is located in a convenient location but why would I spend my money in any place that’s going to treat me like a thief?

I will never shop at this location ever again the female older lady very rude wasn’t helpful had an attitude her body language said it all. Now I see why that store stays empty bad customer service.

The sales person was helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about the products I asked about. I was there around 11 am on a Weekend morning. I felt safe in the store and the COVID protocol was readily apparent. I will return to this store for my beauty supply needs.

They are so rude in this store! ESPECIALLY to cosmetology students and professionals even the so called “manager”. I was told repeatedly that we did not receive discounts ONLY POINTS. I spoke with corporate hopefully they can reteach them policies as adjust their attitude issues.
