Fantastic to have Salem Suds open ... still an independent self car wash!! the damage the automated car washes do will not always get immediately noticed, unless it tears your top rack off to notice or window guards.... and in the past, it has done so.. thank you for keeping it clean and in great working/operation condition... Paid 1 dollar for vacuum when on the screen says 75 cents. The worst part is that the vacuum came on and immediately turned off! There are no numbers posted to contact anyone! Called the number on the car wash website and it doesn't ring or anything! Scared to use the car wash to was the car! Asked the people that were cleaning cars on the lot if they knew who owns the car wash and they said no! How in the world are you supposed to contact anyone about this place!

I went close to sundown it was well lit with lights. In a very convenient area with new equipment, like foam brushes and wands. Also you have the option to use coins instead of using your card which is great. Overall great location, clean and convenient. Close to other shops and stores as well.Service: Auto detailing

It’s been 4 years and still no one got back with me so sad but I’m seeing I’m not the only one!!!
6bucks may not be a lot to some but it is to me..
I’ve called and called over and over again no answer! I lost 6 dollars in your machine and I need my money back ASAP

The touch screens panels don't work, they have scotch tape on the top of them labels, in a few years it'll be shut down and will become an eyesore in the community

DO NOT go here !!!! I used the change machine to get some coins to wash my car so I put a $20 bill into the change machine and it gave me 50cents back.. to top it off there is no call back number posted nowhere to ask for a refund…
