Called for a mobile appointment, and the employee asked me a few questions twice. After asking her if she was listening she disconnected the call. So I called back because the appointment wasn’t completed 2nd representative was on the ball verified with my insurance and told me to be at the shop by 8am. I explained the situation and she fixed it. I wanted OEM glass and they were going to verify with my insurance. They notated my account and was supposed to call and let me know if everything was a go! Well no call. So this morning the Tech calls to verify appointment and I asked if he had the OEM glass and well he didn’t. He told me this happened to him a few times. So now I’m waiting for the Manager to call me because NO ONE verified with my insurance. Twice I’ve dealt with this location and both times were a mess. Satellite used to be on the ball, not so much out here. Get it together!

This morning I had my windshield replaced because of construction on I-20 west. The technician named Derrick arrived on time as promised. Derrick and I had a full conversation about my repair. Derrick thanks for being a down to earth person. Oh by way, it was my first experience with windshield crack. Safelite will be my go to for future repairs.

Very disappointed from the first tech wanted to put in wrong window,and showing up two hr after he said. Borrowed our shop vac to vacuum glass. Left glass in door, in window track and on my driveway. Window quit working properly after he installed new glass. Second tech came out next day and hurried because it was starting to rain. Did his best, still after he came out we had to schedule another 6 hr time alot to be repaired properly. Our window still does not rolled down like it did prior to glass replacement. Very very dissatisfied.

Today I called the Covington Safelite location. I spoke with a woman I believe her name was Alexis or Ashley. I called a little after 3 pm. She answered the phone on speaker , she sounded like she was on the other side of the rm . She was breaking up and I could barely hear her. She asked to repeat the vin# and I asked her why was I on speaker phone. She gets loud and starts yelling about how her bluetooth is broken ( not my problem) and how that was "the best I was gon get" She was very unprofessional and a poor representation of the company. I was going to follow this up to corporate but I don't have time I have to find a company to fix my windshield. Maybe she was having a bad day and felt like arguing. I don't go back and forth so I opted out. I hope she has a better tomorrow.

This place is a total ripoff took my car there for a small rock chip and they recommended I get new wipers and I added the rain defense but the only work that was done was the chip repair they left the same wiper blades and didn’t do the rain defense but they charged me for everything now when I drive in the rain my windshields are smeared and I can barely see out of them

I was in and out within 40 minutes. I had my windshield replaced. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
