Don’t do it! Communication failures at every single step of repair process, for what was a relatively minor repair. Steering column, broken window, bumper and trunk latch. Took about a month and was called and came to pick up the car 2 times only for it not be ready due to various reasons like a dead battery, window not tented to match others, trunk repair not done. Front office tells you something different than back office almost always. Sweet people, not good at taking care of business with excellence or even meeting a basic level of customer service. Only thing I will say is after many issues and delays they finally got it done.

Update to respond to business: The original repair was done and paid for. I have all the receipts, and have spoken to the original mechanic who confirmed it was completed and that there was a second issue that wasn’t caught the first time (understandable, there’s always a chance of that with repairs). The insurance was correctly called out for terrible practice in my original review, and obviously someone does want to pay as I attempted to reach you for SIX months and have a call record of over 30 calls to your business, an estimate from January, a revised estimate from February, and now my car is getting repaired at your sister company- who have already been paid. Good job trying to dodge accountability for failure to communicate or even try to work with me to repair my vehicle though. ??How absolutely dare you send me paperwork to disclaim my car when I have been calling and leaving messages for SIX MONTHS trying to get my car repaired and back to me. I have called no less than THIRTY times and have spoken to Chris to get this worked out.I brought my car to you at the beginning of September 2023. I paid 1200 to have my car repaired and it broke down and started smoking less than 10 miles down the interstate. I had my car towed back to you and was told that you and my insurance would get it repaired. HOWEVER when my insurance came to check my car, it was in a different location entirely and my engine had been scrapped without mine nor my insurance’s consent. My insurance then stopped coverage- hats off to you too, Progressive.That was in November of 2023. Since November apparently the management has switched. I have called multiple times. It took from the beginning of November until January to finally get AN estimate. During this time, I was told my car wasn’t there, to call a line that was disconnecting, oh my car is there, they’ll get the manager to call me back, etc. When I finally did get an estimate, it was another THREE WEEKS of asking to speak to the manager, Chris, before I finally got him on the phone.He seemed really wonderful and nice. Seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me. Told me that I was now working directly with him and that he would talk to the owner about a payment plan since the repair would be almost $5k and it seemed fair to allow it with how this situation has been handled. It has been another three weeks since I spoke with him and I have gotten no calls back from him. Not a single one. But yesterday, I got paperwork to disclaim property and notice that they are charging $100 a day in fees?! I’ve been trying to get my car repaired and returned for six months, and now they are charging me for them failing to return a call?! This is absurd.By the way, this car that is now missing an engine? Yeah, it still has the drive out tags on it. So there’s definitely nothing going on that’s sketchy at all, right?

They did well and were very communicative throughout the process. Ms. Nadine was a delight and went out of her way to help me. Devin was helpful throughout the process as well.

After further inspection of my vehicle. They didn’t even replace my bumper. They repaired the small dent that was in the bumper and to meet the eye was repaired . As I was pending down to view my bumper I still saw the discrepancy. After they kept my car two months. They didn’t even order the bumper , over charged me and the he/she tried to fight me. I have not submitted my BBB complaint as of yet . This business ought to be ashamed and the fake reviews are ridiculous

You know in today's world finding companies who work with integrity and quality as well as reasonable prices is hard to find. Rogers Classic Collision was one of the rare businesses that met all three. The turnaround with painting my vehicle was timely, and the work was done to my great satisfaction and their prices were very reasonable When the work was completed they gave me a complimentary UBER from my home to pick up my vehicle. Thank you Rogers Classic Collision for a great experience!

I highly recommend Rogers Classic Collision in Conyers! By far, they have the best customer service, extremely professional and make you feel like family. After my accident, I was pretty stressed, but my technician Darrius were so knowledgeable, patient and friendly, walked me through the process, and let me know what to expect, which made me so comfortable! Darrius and Devin took charge of everything, connected with my insurance company, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. Rogers provides stellar car care! I’m satisfied with how they fixed my car. It looks brand new again. I will definitely be a lifetime customer!

Had my car repaired her and it was an amazing experience. Super helpful employees, felt comfortable to ask any questions, and was communicated with through the whole process! 1 star is being too gracious - The only positive was the Ladies in the office were nice. 2 windows to be replaced, a windshield, dent in door & above window, glass cleanup. 2 months they had our vehicle, they wouldn't return calls. Windows that were not being replaced now don't roll up and down, 2 large ripples down the door where dent was to be fixed, paint doesn't match truck, dent above window was never repaired, floorboard & seats were full of glass, windows that were replaced grind when rolling up & down and clearly are not the same. In 2 months time our truck should of been repaired properly - Absolutely horrible work.

Oceana is calm, professional, and willing to do anything to ensure the customer's experience is positive and smooth. The end result was perfect. The 1999 pickup truck looked brand new. The people are great and the craftsmanship is flawless.
