I needed something very quickly today and was not nearby and none of the other nearby pharmacies were showing it available for pickup. They took my payment over the phone and had it ready for us to pick up within minutes. It was a pulse oximeter and I was wanting my husband to put it on our little girl while waiting for her doctor appointment. Her reading was low enough that she went to ER right then. Im so glad Reagin could help us so quickly.

I have used this pharmacy for a long time over the years .I recently had major back surgery and my meds had to be changed a few times tocontrol the pain.Mike and Jeff went over and beyond this past Friday to get all 4 meds together anddelivered to me .I will forever be grateful I finally got some pain relief and rest.This past 2 weeks have been unimaginable heartache from the major back surgery on myself to my young 27 year old grandaughter passing away tragically.Thank you Reagan's and,I pray blessings upon you

Please think before using this provider for needed equipment, my mother was in dire need if a shower bench with a sliding seat and after a very detailed description of exactly what was needed she was told they had the right one.She sent some to one to pick it up and once it was at her home it was not the correct equipment. My brother took it back the next day completely unused and was treated very rudely and told they would not take it back.I would not recommend this type of service for anyone. I am truly disappointed that a medical equipment supplier would do this type of service. I gave them 2 stars only because they did have the equipment in stock ,but in this instance provided an incorrect piece of equipment. When someone is facing medical problems there is no excuse for any health care provider to be rude to the patient or anyone trying to assist the patient.

Well they lie to the patient, double charge, and are Soo rude to everyone (especially the girl named Treasure). Every time we go we have to count our medicine before leaving since the bottles are almost always missing some. Don't use this place there are much better, and more honest pharmacies out there.

These folks are really nice here. I imagine this is how pharmacies used to operate before the chains (i.e., Walgreens, CVS) came around and made everything extremely impersonal. My mom recommended I come by here to get a sling and ripping a tendon in the gym. I opted for familiar Walgreens, and got a one-size-fits-all sling that most definitely did not fit my size. Drove over to Reagan's and soon as I walked in (you can see the entire layout of the door from the door), I was greeted by the staff. A very nice lady walked up and immediately asked if I needed assistance; I asked if they had any slings and she took me right to the aisle. I told her I was nervous about buying another sling (especially since they have a sign in the window that says No Returns due to COVID). She actually took it out the box, and helped me put it on and adjusted the straps for me. Now you know good and well NObody and CVS or Walgreens or RiteAid is going above and beyond like that. I told her I would buy it, and wore it right out the store after purchase. I've heard that they also rent medical equipment (wheelchairs, crutches) so that's also nice. Would definitely recommend.

I love this pharmacy. They are helpful, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Wait time is short.
