Do not trust this company, I drove 6 hours total trip to pick up a van I made prior arrangements to purchase . I get there under the pretense it was ready and all repairs were done… lies , I even signed paperwork, I waited over an hour , this van this was not repaired are clean , one mechanic guy John tells me to just drive it home and he will come the 6 hours round trip to fix it… I asked Tracey before I made this trip was everything repaired before I drove this long … She said yes …. Lies !

They do a good job on your vehicle. The lobby is not as accessible as the bathroom ? and that is the only thing that needs to be fixed

We bought our van here and take it here for service. Today, my son took my husband to a medical appointment and the van wouldn't start as they were ready to leave.I called to see how busy they were with service. Thanks to Franklin, he stayed on the phone until we figured out what our issue was. The steering wheel in our van got locked accidentally and he walked my son through that.We almost had it towed and would have had to get a medical transport for my husband. Thanks for the great service and offering to help when you didn't have to!

We bought a brand new Toyota Sienna Platinum van for $91K with an additional $1,400 for shipping. We asked several time before purchasing if there was any issues or problems with the car. Ross White had specifically said that there is NO problem because it is a brand new van.We thought we were to receive a brand new van with no issues, but it came with Air condition problems AND issues with the sliding door.When we called our sales rep, Ross White, he said that we have to take it to Toyota. After that, they might send us to Braun-Ability since these parts were modified by Braun-Ability. With the expectation of a payment over $92.5K, we asked how they are gonna ask us to get in line for repairs when the vehicle not only should have been completely checked before shipping, but was also CONFIRMED to be without issues. He replied that there is nothing he can do and then proceeded to stop picking up our phone calls and stopped responding text or emails.If I was able to check this van myself in person, I would have never paid a single penny for it.As per the Braun-Ability case manager, they claim to investigate. They recommended to buy a vehicle where you will get it serviced. This was also not done by this dealership. It has been made crystal clear that once they have received your payment, they will no longer care about their clients.

This company is a rip off. My disabled neighbor has his truck here for over a year, no return calls even though they were paid they only did half the job. My neighbor had to get his truck towed away from there to another place to finish the job. They were paid up front, promised a warranty which they do not honor. My neighbor has called them multiple times for the hydrololic lift but the general manager will not take his calls. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! They scam the most vulnerable of the population, Shame on them!

I went to get the sliding door fixed which would always open back up with no warning. They diagnosed it and fixed it the same day!!

We were unfortunately very disappointed and frustrated with R and R throughout. We had hand-controls installed, an ez lock and then had issues with various malfunction messages such as airbag malfunction and hybrid system malfunction. People are very nice there but do not seem very professional. At every step, there was fairly poor quality follow and communication. At the very end, when dealing with the malfunctions, we had to keep coming back and the final return resulted in there being even more problems. We really gave this place a shot but will never go back there again after spending thousands.

Alot of back and forth vehicle was damaged when a driver came to get my vehicle for service.Jonathan and staff was awesome but Taylor just blew me off and made alot of promises and delivered nothing.I had to go somewhere else to get exhaust fixed

We are so grateful for all that the staff of R&R did to help us. We finally have a lift van for my parents and my dad can leave his house after years of feeling trapped due to limited mobility and transportation. Tracey and everyone at R&R made the process so easy and quickly done.

Recently my sister n law rented a van from this location for her son. It was a drive to get there, but the service is incredible. I would recommend anyone to drive the extra mile and deal with this company. They show care, compassion and professionalism. Thanks for being there for us!

Called in about a week ago and a half and spoke with someone, set everything up with the hands-free controls to get all parts delivered and get everything set on the car. Customer was told he needed some type of evaluation then spoke with the manager and was told everything was OK and will be done the following week and we will get a call back on the next steps. Never got a callback and now it’s saying they had no information in the system for anything to be done. If you look at the bad reviews that they have they’re all nearly the same, find somewhere better than this place all the good reviews are from years ago.

We needed a specialty van to get my wife to the dentist for an emergency extraction. We called all over Griffin but could not arrange help. We rented a van which tilts to one side (kneels) and also has a ramp that comes out so that we can get my wheelchair-bound wife into the van. They were quick and helpful about us needing the van and process was super simple.
