Special shout out to Benn, Keydra, and Cree (sorry if the names are spelled wrong), the first two from the pharmacy and the third from the meat department. My daughter had a panic attack about getting a flu shot, unfortunately felt, she has to get one bc she is susceptible to it (she got both strands last year and month apart). They took the time to give it to her while she screamed bloody murder, kept calm as she had a panic attack, and did everything they could to calm her down and bring her out of it- even grabbing some items to help with electrolytes or getting her up and moving. It was an extra 20 - 30 minutes that I am sure they did t have time for while working, but they did it anyway. There was one more, but I never caught her name for she helped at the beginning pre-shot phase.
Either way, I continue to go to Publix for this kind of service. They are generally good people and do care. Writing this review just to show how they went out of their way to help an embarrassed and stressed out mom (who is also afraid of needles) and a 12 year old girl with a panic attack.

Received a call regarding one of my medications. As I am currently uninsured, the pharmacy staff went above and beyond, to get me the lowest price as possible. They called the discount coupon company multiple times and ultimately, ended up using a different discount method. I am so thankful for the staff taking time out of their workday to assist me.

The worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. My prescription couldn’t be filled at my usual Publix so it was sent here. We were told my prescription would be ready at 5 unless the pharmacist felt he could go ahead and take care of it since we were already there instead of going back home. We waited patiently for 40 minutes before the pharmacist rudely told us to just go home because my original pharmacy wasn’t answering the phone and he said “it is what it is”. Keep in mind he’s filling a prescription for my severe gastritis pain and that’s the last thing you want to be told. Fine. We went home and waited and waited before returning to the store. Got there and now all of the sudden it’s the doctor not answering the phone. My husband called and got through immediately. Had they of communicated the doctor was not answering the phone, we could’ve called hours before then. Very unprofessional. He apologized saying he was just frustrated but that doesn’t mean you take it out on your patients.

today was horribleI should have took a picture of that burnt rotisserie chicken it was two of them it was horrible and I showed the lady and she said ma'am this is all we have I didn't want a discount but the chicken was burnt burnt..Cashiers are always very sweet but in the bakery area no not the bakery area over where the rotisserie chicken y'all need to step up a little bit more because every time I come there you running out of chicken are you running out of rotisserie and the lady tried to explain to me the reason why is burnt No it should not be burnt it was lemon pepper and it was burnt she lost out on a good customer I shop in there all the time but I would never ever come at this Publix for any more rotisserie

I went in to make a simple purchase of two items and I got to the cash register and there was a gentleman in front of me who had already finished paying for his purchases. The cashier and the bagger continued to talk to him while I was standing there and after listening to their conversation turns out they were looking for a penny under the register beside us. This Publix is the ABSOLUTE WORSE. I work in Conyers so this is the closest one to me and I've been going there all week and everyday the entire Deli staff is rude to me. They never greet me and I literally just waited 1hr 30mins for some chicken noodle soup and still left empty handed. 100%will not be going back.

Couldn't customize the Herb and Garlic Tofu online so my friend picked this up from this location on their way home. Everytime I order the employees seem so confused. They didn't add the tomatoes and avocado that are supposed to come on the sandwich, so my sandwich is dry. Didn't want to toast it or give fresh bread. So disappointed.

It’s Publix, where shopping is a pleasure. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are quite a few registers open so there was no waiting in line. There’s plenty of parking with easy access to the store. My only complaint is that there was just 1 one gallon bottle of distilled water. When I tilt my bottle I want to see that it’s full. When I tilted this one, there was quite a bit of air in it so I left it. I’m paying for a gallon of water, I want to get a gallon of water.

Horrible experiences at this location. Pharmacist and pharmacy tech are rude and neglect. Staff do not communicate pertinent information among themselves. Instead provide customers with incorrect information as an attempt to pacify the situation. If you want efficiency, this is not place to take your important business to. Simply unprofessional and inefficient.
