This PostNet offers excellent customer services and they always go beyond what is expected to ensure that all my needs are met.
I was leery after the ownership has recently changed, but they have picked up right where the previous owner left it.
They also offer a vast amount of services at a competitive price compared to the others in the area especially with inflation.
I recommend everyone in Conyers use their shipping and printing services! You will not be disappointed. Trust!!!!!

First, I want to say REST EASY to the previous owner Mrs. June, You would truly be missed!????????**WARNING ** if I could give this place of business no stars to the new owner and staff I would. The staff is disrespectful and I hate to say this, but we can’t never do business with our Own people of color. It’s already enough that we live in the world that we already got a target on our back but to be disrespected by your OWN for services that you’ve been having for many years is sad. I’ll pray for them, but all I can say is money is green and with that being said I will go somewhere I’m respected and treated as such!!!!!

I’ve sent items via DHL at this location a few times in the past . I went in today to send some documents via DHL and two ladies were sitting down at the desk. I asked if I could send something via DHL, the light skinned lady with glasses said “No” that they didn’t do DHL and yet the DHL logo is advertised on their window! I got the vibe they just didn’t want to help so I just walked out. Won’t be getting my business anymore. The lady that ran the place before was a lot more customer friendly.

Less than satisfied with the hours of operation. There has been several times where I visited the store to get my mail and it was closed. This happen three (3) times. I have canceled my subscription through the third party "ipostal". However, I still have mail at the location. I hope to receive the rest of my mail and end the service here.

First I call someone picks up the phone and doesn’t say anything then comes to the phone and says hi I was just calling to let you know your package has arrived which I don’t have a package at all so I just hung up called back and spoke with one employee asked to speak with manager she put the phone down and tried to disguise her voice and picked the phone right back up…wouldn’t let me get a simple question across before she kept interrupting me mid sentence just terrible customer service

I haven't used the other shipping services around Conyers or Covington, but judging from the reviews, PostNet has them all beat by miles! Super friendly and knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and up front about costs. I had to ship some odd-shaped and fragile items across the country, and they packed it all up carefully for me. Great location to drop off packages and ship from. Staff is very helpful and professional. I needed to ship something back for repair to Florida and they were able to help me get this taken care of and also saved me money by having multiple options for shipping. You can choose from UPS, USPS, or FedEx. I went with USPS standard shipping and everything went great getting my package to the Florida location. If you are in the area and needing to ship then I highly recommend this location for shipping services in Conyers, GA. Five stars for service and friendly staff!
