“I had an issue with a package delivery that turned out to be a fiasco. The USPS worked diligently to resolve the issue. There were some employees that seemed not to care about the issue, but Cee Cee, management, The Consumer Affairs Office and the mail carrier worked hard to rectify and finally resolve the issue! THANK YOU!!!”
“I've always had nothing but excellent customer service from the people behind the counter. They work very hard and there is always a line of people. I can't imagine how hard it is to do this job. For those that had "bad" service, maybe you should look in the mirror if you want to know why you thought it was less than satisfactory. A kind word or two and some empathy for their situation goes a long way. Remember, you don't attract bees with vinegar.”
